Everyone was really kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel has a really good location

Perfect location, friendly staff, breakfast is awesome!! Cleanliness. It can be more clean. Blankets were not at clean at all which was in wardrobe.

Great location particularly for the visitors interested to see Topkapi museum, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, grand bazar, old ISTANBUL, many other historical sites, Bosporus tour and variety of cultural and great food and restaurants. All few accessible in few minutes of walk. No elevator

Breakfast staff was not very welcoming but it was a very nice stay and a great value

The receptionist is great and very assisting Upgraded our room to higher floor. They treat you with respect and very welcoming The second day we didn't have hot water after we came back around 21 The breakfast could me more suitable for European - I mean you should add scrambled eggs and porridge. We don't eat salads with a lot of sauces for a breakfast

The room itself was comfortable and functional. Nice bed. Bath was private and clean. Enjoyable breakfast with good view. We requested two things before we arrived. We asked for a fan, which they said they told us before we arrived that they didn't have. No worries. We also asked for two additional pillows (to help with back injury relief). No response. When we arrived we asked again. We were told that they would have to ask housekeeping the next day, so we didn't have extras available on night one. After a day of travel the next day, we arrived back very late and there were still no extra pillows and no one was at the desk to even see if anyone was asked. After that, we just gave up. The people at reception were all very nice throughout our stay, but they didn't seem to follow up on a very simple and important (to us) request.

The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, everyone made us feel welcome and valued. Their kindness and attention to guests truly made a difference.

Perfect location, the main sights are in 500 m distance, breakfast is abundant with ample choice, and the personnel is kind and very helpful. They willingly helped us in bringing our luggages to the bus stop when we left for the airport. I especially liked the view from the terrace to the sea.

At arrival, late at night, the heating was turned off, so it took time to warm up the room. After that it was ok. No hand soap at the bathroom, only shower bottles. I had to send message through booking to get some, after verbal message to the reception wasn't productive.

Very friendly staff, exceptional location just 5 minutes walking to Hagia Sophia and less than 10 minutes to the nearest public transport, amazing view from the terrace for breakfast, Turkish breakfast is 100!

The location is perfect! close to all major historical sights and the tram. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The view at breakfast time was spectacular. Haliem was really helpful and assisted whenever we required, with info/physical assistance/recommendations. Unfortunately, no elevator - breakfast is on the deck on the fourth floor, and our apartment was on the 4th floor. The breakfast was okay.
