Excellent breakfast, very clean room with enough space, great location ideal for sightseeing, staff very polite. We booked and payed a room with balcony but upon arrival we got ground floor room without balcony

The room was very nice with a nice view. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very helpful.

-The staff was super kind. They even help us to deal with a taxi driver who wanted to trick us. They recommend us what to do in the city and at which time was better to visit some places. We had interesting discussions with them as well. - Silence in the room. Even if the hotel is very centric, at night we could sleep without any noise. That was great! - The bed was very comfortable - Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Even if it was a buffet type and they had a lot of variety, we where expecting a bit more related to the price we paid for the room and the comments we saw about the breakfast. But it was good though:) -The hair dryer after few seconds of use it stopped.

The hotel is in a great location near to places of interest and public transport (tram/boats). It was very clean and good sized rooms with all the necessary facilities. Breakfast was lovely and just what you needed before a day of exploring this fabulous city. Nothing. Our stay at the hotel was excellent.

Breakfast is great!!! And the location is wonderful. Staff were very helpful. The decor is a little funky, but clean. There’s a very small siting area, which is nice to have.

Staff extremely helpful, polite, professional. All compliments to all the staff, receptionists, cleaning ladies and restaurant staff. The breakfast could be a bit diverse, not bad but could be improved

Staff was amazing both guys we spoke too was friendly and helpful, room was a good size, location is amazing even if you do need to dodge the russian aimed tourist restaurants but is near good transport and 15minutes walk away from good real Turkish food. Breakfast was fresh in the mornings. Room.was cleaned daily with fresh sheets. The friendly night guy even got us black tea as my English taste can't be drinking that fruit stuff. Both myself English and my Ukrainian partner felt very welcomed. Would stay here again if visiting Istanbul again. Hotel does seem to need a little updating, rooms was very clean but showing slight signs of ageing like little rust in the shower. But it was very clean and tidy just maybe a touch paint here and there

We easily spent seven beautiful days at Hotel Saba Sultan. Welcoming, guiding, and helpfull staff. There is a fantastic view of the Bosporus from the room with sea view. Reach the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofya and the Palace by walking. And the Sultanahmet tram station connects you to the rest of the city.
