I think it was a 3-star-hotel before, but not now. If you enter the room, you feel the presence of good quality curtains and other things, but it still looks like an old dormitory room (not hotel). I feel they should pay a little more attention to clean the room properly.

The location of hotel is good, close to tram and metro lines, 3-10 minutes walk. Staff is really friendly, specially those in the kitchen preparing the daily breakfast. Very good options of food for this reasonably priced hotel.

They don’t know how to deal with visitors. They don’t even know how to manage reservations on booking. They want to get paid cash so they fabricate a lot of problems with our Visa card (they doesn’t care that we have a morning flight) it was terrible night.

The only good point is its location of the Hotel. You cannot call this establishment a hotel, it is rather a very very dirty dormitory. Humidity reigns throughout the establishment: the rooms and the basement where breakfast is served. All the staff are incompetent and aggressive. The breakfast is very poor. The rooms are very narrow.

We stayed for 10 nights in the hotel, it was very good stay, the location is amazing, near to aksaray metro station (about 100 meter), near to bus station (about 30 Meter) and near to tramway station (about 200 meter), the staff is very kind and professional, the room was good, breakfast was in my expectations, i am very satisfied, i will visit it again if i go to Istanbul next time

the behavior of the staff was beyond of expectation ,they were so rough and not allowed us to check in for 4 hrs and when ask us to checked out at 10 am in morning where we had a booking till 01 jun 22, booking.com should this type hotel from their list otherwise it will bring more shame to booking.com

the ko station of the hotel is very good it is near to every shop and any public transport shops and Resturant are open till late night ATM is very close so it’s very convenient for a holiday maker travelling with the family. it’s was clean the reception was very welcoming . it’s just that we only had a week to stay in Istambul but whenever we are back we will always come to stay on this hotel and would recommend it to our friends and family.
