Loved the variety for breakfast. Your Gluten-free food is NOT gluten-free. It may work for someone that is gluten sensitive but, I am a full blown Celiac (totally allergic to gluten in all forms). Your dinners made me extremely sick! You need to reword your menus to gluten sensitive, because your food is most certainly NOT gluten-free!

Easy walking distance to most tourist destinations. Short walk to the tramway for other. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Clean well appointed spacious rooms. Lovely hearty breakfast provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location despite being central. Nothing

A distinctive property. It felt (somewhat) exotic- appropriate to Istanbul. Very clean and well maintained. We loved our location- easy walking distance to the tourist sites. The staff was very competent, helpful and friendly. The property has a good relationship with the Olive Restaurant- take advantage of their breakfast buffet and dinner with a view of the Bosphorus! No complaints

Very friendly and helpful staff; very good breakfast; nice and clean rooms, a fantastic location close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and the Spice Bazaar but just a couple of blocks removed from the hustle and bustle in a quiet location. A small but complimentary coffee/tea cookies in the afternoon at the lobby is a plus. They could have given us a bit more complimentary water than two small bottles. Maybe it's on us because, we could have asked for more and they probably would have given it to us. One of us didn't think the bed was very comfortable. The other didn't mind.

Staff here were exceptional. There was an issue with building noise and they were excellent in finding a solution. Lovely to have rooms with character. Great location.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sultania Hotel in Istanbul. The location is absolutely perfect within walking distance to major attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Basilica Cistern. There are also a lot of great restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which really made a difference in our stay. The room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul! We did notice a minor drainage odor from the sink at times, but it was not a major issue and could be managed by simply closing the drain.

I liked the location. It was where we needed to be! Close to Topkapi, shops, tramway. I liked the room. Well decorated and clean. It was funny though not to have a proper bathroom, but it wasn't disturbing! The breakfast was great. The choice of everything was huge and very tasty The staff were great, and they have really good tips about the city, guides and restaurants. They are very caring and helpful. Nothing really. We enjoyed the stay!

Perfect location, close to the main historical attractions and Bosphorus channel. Beautifully decorated rooms and very attentive staff. Special thanks to the reception and guest relation team. Nice spa area with a pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna. Very good breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. We will be returning.
