This is a gem in Istanbul. The area is really vibey, vibrant, and interesting without being too touristy. All the touristic sights are easily accessible by metro or by ferry. The hosts are very kind and attentive. The room was cleaned every day and new water bottles were added each time. The room was cute, very convenient, and very clean. Value-wise, this is a really excellent place to stay while in Istanbul on the Asian side.

It was close to a lot of great spots in Kadikoy, super clean, provided extras (bottled water, coffee, and tea), really cute room with a balcony as well, and a communal garden. The staff was super nice and helpful!

Great location, approachable personnel, tidy rooms, cozy kitchen and backyard space. We got a room on the underground floor which had small windows on the level of the people’s feet on the street, that wasn’t quite nice.

Clean, nice, includes water, coffee, and tea. Balcony view was great for sitting on and relaxing at different points throughout the day. The neighborhood around the property is interesting with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants. I recommend staying here if you have the opportunity! Staff also helped me with mailing some letters when I had questions. It’s not the closest to the ferry, bus, or train. Expect to walk 12-15 minutes or so to these local transit hubs.

Good location, close to everything but located in a quiet area. The property is really cute and staff was friendly. Our room was in the basement and we could hear anytime someone walked around on the main floor. It’s staffed all night with someone in reception so every time they moved we heard it. We really didn’t get any sleep because of this. If I were to rebook I would make sure to have a room higher up.

Really beautiful property in a great location; right in the middle of things in Kadiköy. Really, this is one of the nicest hotel rooms I've stayed in, for great value. The staff was extremely friendly; had great English; and they went above and beyond in helping me with little things, like finding a pharmacy open on a national holiday and learning when the ticket counter for my flight would be open at the airport. My only critique is that, being on the ground floor by the entrance, it was very easy to hear noise from other neighbors both in the entrance hallway, and through the floor in the room above me. However, my understanding is that sound-proofing is not standard in Istanbul, so I'm not making this an actual complaint. I was able to sleep ok.

Lovely staff, very clean, great location. Paper thin walls/ceilings. You can hear EVERYTHING from your neighboring guests.

This is the only hotel I will stay in kadikoy, they are exceptionally the best staff members ever.

Great location in Kadikoy, near the ferry, light rail and bus stations. Also close to the market with many restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was very good. The hotel is close to many restaurants, ferry and public transportation. The neighborhood is very safe. Staff is very polite. Nothing I didn’t like.

Loved everything! The breakfast was exquisite, authentic and also made with love, great attention to detail. The room was really beautiful and also homey. The neighborhood is calm but fun, great mix of coffee houses, bars and restaurants, and old fashioned teahouses. Above all the staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make you feel special and cared for. I was always happy coming back to my room at night. Nothing! Everything was wonderful.

Property was less than a 10 minute walk from Kadikoy ferry. Entering the hotel was like entering a quiet sanctuary. Our room faced the back and was a great reprieve from the busy streets of Istanbul. Interior of hotel and our room was finished in pine and we loved walking into that fresh pine smell. We also had a small porch which faced the sunrise so it felt nice and warm in the morning. The only negative was the shower never reached a hot temperature for me.

It felt like our own little apartment in the charming neighborhood of Kadikoy. Very clean, spacious, and a cute little pop out patio with a view of the water.

Great place in Kadaköy! Staff was super helpful, the coffee was great downstairs, and the upper room with the balcony was perfect for sunsets.

It was a beautiful, cozy space tucked away in a quiet Istanbul street! The staff was very welcoming and always offered us tea or coffee while we were sitting outside in the lovely, sunny private courtyard . Definitely the quietest place we stayed in the city. the economy rooms are in the basement and less nice, but still clean!
