Nothing ⭐ 0/10 – Very disappointing experience. This was my first stay at this hotel and definitely my last. I accidentally booked for one adult instead of two, but the room clearly allowed a maximum of two guests and even had two beds. Despite this, the hotel refused to let my sister enter the room and kept us waiting at reception for over 1.5 hours after a long flight. My sister has diabetes and was unwell, but the staff still insisted that only I could enter the room. They demanded an extra $120 for the second guest. After contacting Booking.com, my reservation was updated to two adults with no additional charge, yet the hotel initially refused to return the $100 cash deposit I had paid and only agreed after lengthy discussions with management. Customer service was also very poor. The hotel only provided complimentary water on the first day. When I requested water one evening, I waited over 1.5 hours and was eventually told they had no water available at all, despite first telling me it would cost 50 TL. Overall, the staff were unhelpful, the handling of the situation was unfair, and the experience caused unnecessary stress during our trip.

We had a very pleasant stay at Innpera Hotel. The location is excellent, right next to Taksim Square and close to many shops, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable,

The stuff is so friendly, the location is amazing, this is my 3rd time staying in this hotel

IHowever, Taksim is a very lively and extremely noisy area until the morning. Honestly, I couldn’t sleep at all. The breakfast was a complete disappointment. Smoking is allowed in the rooms, which means there is a bad smell. Also, the rooms were very small. Overall, I was not satisfied at all.
