Everything was seamless, from check-in to check-out. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel has all the facilities you could need for a comfortable stay. Its location is also excellent, with a nice mall and plenty of restaurants just a couple of minutes’ walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Very cosy place, good value. The food is good, very good location next to a mall. The bathroom walls have not the best sound proof wall, you can hear when the other room is using it, in details . .

A more dynamic and culturally inclusive breakfast menu would make a significant difference for international guests staying multiple days. One important consideration is the location. The hotel is situated quite far from downtown, which made commuting to main attractions and central areas time-consuming and less convenient. If you plan to spend most of your time in the city center, transportation logistics should be factored into your decision. A disappointment during my stay was that the spa was under construction. I was really looking forward to exploring and using the spa facilities, as this was one of the features that influenced my decision to book the hotel. Unfortunately, this was not available during my visit. It would have been helpful if this information had been clearly communicated prior to arrival so guests could plan accordingly.

We had a nice experience staying in this property. Front desk staff was very helpful specially Mr. Farrukh. car park can be congested but this is not a criticism.

Location Hotel erased my booking, and made me wait 2 hours to rebook. - Dirty room - stains on bed - bad breakfast - poor - hotel is needing renovation - DO NOT go there!!!

The breakfast is very good When I made the reservation, I selected the 'pay at the hotel' option. When I arrived at the hotel, I received a message saying that Booking.com had been unable to charge my card and threatening to cancel the reservation. This was strange because there was enough money on the card, and I was supposed to pay at the hotel. My friend received the same message (she had booked another room in the same hotel) and her card was fine too. After that, the hotel started threatening to cancel the reservation if we didn't arrive within a few hours. Our journey included a border crossing, and I don't see how we could have got there any faster. We didn't know whether to go to this hotel or start looking for a new one. In the end, our reservation wasn't cancelled and we stayed at the hotel, but it had made us anxious. If a hotel wants prepayment, it should remove the option to pay on site from the booking process, and stop threatening customers. Booking.com also needs to fix the technical problem that prevented them from charging our cards.
