The bed is comfortable. Breakfast very basic and was not served with proper cutlery.

It is a nice and quiet place. The people working here are very nice and provide good service. The breakfasts were good. It is a place to come again. The rooms were clean. There was no parking for the vehicle. Breakfast time could have been a little more flexible.

I came with my friends, there was a nice welcoming team, they welcomed us, offered us Turkish coffee, then took our luggage to our room, they provide a very nice service, there was no problem with the cleaning of the rooms, they were nice and clean, the breakfasts were good, but they could extend the hours a little longer. We think it would be more beneficial if breakfast time could be extended a little longer or if it was flexible.

I think it is a very good, clean and affordable place to stay. We stayed with my wife and we were satisfied.

I stayed alone, everything was fine, they welcomed me nicely, there was coffee at the entrance, they offered me a fruit plate in my room, I was surprised, I think it is a place that I think is over priced, thank you. Breakfast time starts at 9 am and ends at 12 pm, maybe a little earlier.

It was in a good location, they were very attentive, we liked the room very much, it was very clean, there was no problem with the breakfasts, and most importantly, the location was great, it was in a central location for visiting and shopping.

Beware scammers. I didn't stay at the hotel because they had given the family room that we had booked, at the time of our arrival and they literally threw us out on the street. At the same time, they illegally charged my card, for the entire amount of the stay, from the information they received from booking.com

I was alone in a nice hotel, I was satisfied with the room, the breakfasts were varied and nice, I will choose you again when I come to Istanbul again.

There was nothing to like. We arrived late in the night which we had informed the hotel about to find we didn't have the required number of rooms that we had booked. The reception man said he could give us 2 rooms and that they were an upgrade from the ones we booked. They didn't loom like an upgrade. The bathroom was small and he expected 3 big men to share that room. You couldn't sit on the toilet as the wall was so near it. The toilet seat lid wouldn't stay up. The other room he gave us was a death trap with live wiring and the boiler cupboard in the bathroom had its door hanging off the hinges. This hotel is not what is advertised. Stay away from this place. Tried to let customer service at booking.com now about the issues to be told sought it out with the hotel. Do not be fooled by this hotel we had to go and pay extra and stay at a different hotel

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and had an unpleasant odor, which made my stay uncomfortable. The cleanliness standards were far below expectations, and it seemed like the space hadn’t been properly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others.

It was a good trip, we felt comfortable. If I were to come again, this is the place I would come to.

Nothing The location was bad as it was hilly and a vehicle could not pick a customer to the hotel. Also I paid for 8 night but couldn’t stay one night because of the unkept nature of the hotel couple with people smoking at the reception. The room was not attractive as it was like a made up jungle.

Hi everyone, I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately it was disappointing. The photo does not reflect reality, especially room 103. Small, cramped room, no windows. Poor soundproofing, especially in the bathroom, everything that happens at the reception could be heard. The room smelled of cigarettes. Everything in the room is quite shabby, the walls are dirty, the doors are so dirty that it was disgusting to touch them, and the block where the hotel is located is more like a slum. The room is dirty, the towels are wet and dirty, the bed linen is also not fresh, the bathroom was very dirty, there was hair on the floor and the back of the toilet was terrible, it felt like this room had never been cleaned. Breakfast was brought to our room, there was not even a chair and a table, it was uncomfortable to sit and eat.
