The staff make you feel welcome and comfortable from the start! Very attentive and helpful. Even before we arrived we received a welcome message with check-in information and a warm farewell message on our last day. Each morning there is a slightly different variety of homemade food for breakfast. Spacious family room. Like most of the city, definitely best to use a taxi to get to the hotel. Once there you can reach various places by foot or public transport. Check out the various side streets. We didn't manage to walk by the waterfront but that's also nearby.

The location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff ensured that we had a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and I will always reccomend this hotel.

The location is good, 15 min walk from many famous spots,BUT >>> read my negative feedback If you have knee issues, of you are overweight, if you are old, this hotel is NOT for you. Getting there is very challenging since it is in the old city and street are horribly steep. Also, it is not much clean. I mean the bed was fine, but all the other furniture were dirty. There were mold in the mini fridge. The room was extremely small. There was like 50cm between the bed and toilet door.

The staff was excellent and so helpful here. They went out of their way to help us with arrangements. Very accommodating staff. The hotel is dated and a little run down. It was fine, but it wasn't super comfortable.
