Good location, friendly reception staff, and a nice breakfast with a pleasant breakfast area. The room was extremely small and uncomfortable, with the sink placed directly next to the bed. I was also disappointed by inconsistent pricing in the hotel and unclear information regarding sauna access.

Great location in historic old city - right outside Marmaray station and walking distance to Sirkeci tram station. Go and have a coffee at Cafe Sabor nearby! Friendly, helpful staff - offered a breakfast box to take when we had to leave before breakfast. Lovely large room and bathroom, comfy chairs to enjoy view out to harbour. Enjoyed a massage at spa and swim in inside pool Bath/shower wouldn't drain as plug stuck

The staff in this hotel made our stay very special! They are very attentive and very kind. The hotel is very close to the Blue Mosque, right in the middle of important attractions. We loved that. The bedroom was very comfortable with a huge bathroom, and lovely views. Lovely selection of breakfast! There is no driveway up to the hotel, so you have to drag your bags from a bit of a distance.

The staff expecially the concierge Ahmad was super helpful always providing us great restaurant choices. The breakfast was great. Location was perfect for walking to all the major sites. I highly recommend the hamam. Joanna provided and excellent body scrub and massage -one of the best I've ever had.

Very nice service and great facility with heated swimming pool and Turkish bath and Spa. It is so relaxing after a long day touristing in Istanbul! Everything is perfect even a good selection in the breakfast and we think it is a very family friendly choice too. We will book again when we back next time.

Heating didn’t work, was too hot and we couldn’t lower down! Toilet was behind bathroom door and was difficult to get there! Spa it’s very small and in shower was cold water ! Breakfast was very good only serving stuff was very lazy for serving coffee Breakfast room , hotel stuff was lazy serving coffee and cleaning tables

The location is the best, room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful. Water, tea, coffee facilities were provided. Breakfast was also good with wide variety. The bed could have been a bit bigger, but not a major issue. The cleaning staff were quite loud in the morning, though it was not very early, around 8-9 am.

Great location, nice amenities. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast. The family room worked very well -two adjoining rooms that could be configured with a queen and two single beds.

A perfect location for visiting the most famous sites in Istanbul. The breakfast was fantastic and the spa very beautiful. Excellent massages! and a charming staff. They even celebrated my wife's birthday with a lovely cake and present!

We were a group of 3 friends and had a triple room. We were moved to larger duplex rooms which were free and was wonderful. Breakfast had a huge range of fresh foods and omelettes cooked on the spot. Staff were so helpful both in the dining room and at the reception. Liked the Shamrock Bar as so convenient to the hotel. We overlooked the dining room for evening dinner, was not advertised, might have been an idea to have a menu in the Reception area, and we would have considered it.

We would also like to praise Kerim, whose kindness and friendliness added greatly to the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. The thoughtful anniversary surprises were a wonderful touch and truly made our stay memorable, showing the hotel’s attention to guests and important personal moments. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with excellent beds and impeccable hygiene. Breakfast was rich, high-quality, and delicious. We highly recommend Levni Hotel Istanbul, especially for couples looking for a special and memorable stay. 10/10.
