Excellent location, welcoming and hospitable staff and clean rooms. Neighbourhood is quieter than most in the area.

The room I was in was quite tight. Fortunately I am petite, but wouldn't have fit in the shower if I were bigger.

Good location! Quite near the major attractions, e.g Hagia Sophia, the Spice Bazaar, and ship across the Bosphprus. Excellent customer services too. They offered help when I wanted to call another hotel in another city since I lost my book. Helped me made serial phone calls and talked with them using Turkish. Not really much. Quite complicated to go there if you want to take Train only. But it still worth it since you can go to a great location for food and tourist spots.

- The staffs are wonderful, they welcomed and helped us in many ways...including when our little daughter was sick in the restaurant during breakfast - Speaking of breakfast, they variety is not a lot but it was enough for our family and the food are also quite tasty - The room was beautifully designed, quite new and compact - The location is quite uphill, so consider this for your personal situation - Since we came in winter, they don't have any AC - just heater that's centrally controlled. So the room was quite hot and we had to open our balcony door to let the cool air enter.

It is clean, warm feeling, within the old city of Istanbul and very good breakfast especially the omelette. The room is not isolated properly from the corridor sound

The hotel is new and really nice overall. The only odd thing for me are the semi-transparent bathroom doors — not the best choice for privacy if you’re not traveling alone.

Helpful staff, beautiful updated rooms. Stylish hotel elegant decor and finishes. Restaurant on site (excellent) and Irish pub adjacent!! Range of breakfast items and eggs cooked to order if you’d like. Stocked beverage fridge; fresh fruit in room on arrival. Couldn’t try out the terrace due to weather but would have fabulous views from location. Not problems with property itself. Get your driver to get you as close to hotel as possible with explicit directions from drop off. Expect to hear an early call to prayer from nearby (was lovely for us but might surprise some if you had a long travel day). Be mindful when you book that there are 2 Levni properties this location. Hotel layout a bit quirky but suitable in a classic property.

Great location a short walk from the waterfront and bridge. Easy access to shopping and restaurants! Room was hot and ac couldn’t be turned up.

The hotel is within inches of many restaurants, coffee shops and tourist sites - we loved the location, the staff, the size of the room and the spacious bathroom What we didn't like was the fact that despite a thermostat sitting prominently on the wall, the temperature could not be controlled in the room. Apparently, the temperature is centrally controlled, and all rooms are kept at a toasty 25C; after a few sleepless nights, we opted to keep the balcony door open. The room is equipped with a hot water kettle for tea and instant coffee; these days, discerning travelers might appreciate a Nespresso machine or something similar, not powdered coffee!

The property is within walking distance from Istanbul’s most popular sites, metro station, and old city area. Rooms are nicely furnished and have a cozy feeling, and the quality of food served at breakfast is great value for the money. Extremely friendly staff and very helpful. Special thanks to Ahmad Abdo and the front office team for making our stay exceptional and giving recommendations on places to go. First time visiting Istanbul and I think this will be my go to hotel in the future.

It got really hot in the middle of the night and we would wake up sweating . Air conditioning was off and the hotel staff informed they can’t do anything about it coz it’s on heating mode. It was really uncomfortable in the night .
