Staff is really helpful and location is really good. Small but comfortable hotel. Bathroom sometimes smelled like sewer. Spa/wellness was out of service.

Location, staff, design, surface of the room. Maintenance and cleanliness may be slightly improved. The toilet brush was broken and there was a dark smell in the bathroom. Tip: Maybe if the bathroom door could be locked on the open, it could air better.

The location was great. So close to the train and bus stops but also walking distance to lots of good areas. The smell in the bathroom but I don’t think it was their fault. The breakfast could have had a bit more options.

The location was perfect, very close to Metro station and tram station, also it’s a perfect place to stay if you love shopping because you can find hundreds of beautiful shops nearby. The hotel shuttle to airport was perfectly comfortable and very affordable. And the best thing about the hotel was the staff Abdurrahmam, Muhamed and the manager Aysun were wery helpful and polite trying to give us the best service possible. Thanks you for your kindness ? Everything was fine

Hotel room was very clean, service was great. Breakfast was included, that was nice. The washroom extraction was always on, clearly there was an issue with washroom sink smell that they were trying to hide. The concierge’s recommendations were great except for the sweets shop that was extremely over priced compared to others and was not as good in terms of quality.

Brekfast was avarage and location is not what we have expected The staff was offering us services of taxis and restaurants which are so expensive, instead being helpful they try to rip you off. They dont speak english wich is a must by hotel staff and cleanliness of the bathroom in our is not good plus sewage stinks a lot

I really liked that it was spacious and in the middle of the main tourist area. Had everything you needed. Staff were friendly The breakfast area was too small and options were limited and if you went late, you’re out of luck.
