Marmaray Hotel

Location close to metro and tram, The room and the hotel were very clean and well maintained. This is the first time we have been disappointed with the breakfast at this hotel. Both times the bread at breakfast was hard and old. For a country that is known for its delicious bread, this is unacceptable. The food that was supposed to be warm-sausages, potatoes, pasta, fried foods - cold.

I have stayed another time, excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms nice and varied breakfast I have no comments

Breakfast was just ok. Cucumber was dried up. tomatoes were all overripe. had to keep to boiled eggs and bread. fruit should be an option for breadfast However location of hotel was very good. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Air con did not work, said it would be fixed in two hours but never worked. Why give me the room if the air con was broken. could not leave door open as the noise outside was so bad. less choice of dishes at breakfast and fresher produce. no air con. Confirmed rate was €292.50 yet €301 was taken from my credit card. Had two coffee sachets in the room on arrival. should be replaced daily.

The breakfast was nice it consisted of various types of foods and was presented in a buffet style. The restaurant area was comfortable and nice and overall was good value for money. The Gym only had 2 equipments; i was expecting a room full of dumbbells and cables etc. There was no pool even though it was listed on the facilities description. Can be hard to sleep at times due to the noise from the outside and if you are in floor 6 you hear the noise from upstairs floor 7- the restaurant.

The hotel is not good, because in booking system so expensive. Normally the hotel price around 25$ dollar US. The staffs are not good. In reception receptionist man his name Bora, he is not good staff. And breakfast also so bad. I didnt like the hotel. I am not advice the hotel to others I didn't like anything, the hotel was so so so bad

Everything good Location

It is easy to go around the area, metro is about 2 min from it. Rooms comfortable and clean. Reception helpful. Everything was good. :)

My experience at Marmaray Hotel was exceptional. The attentive staff, comfortable accommodations, delightful breakfast, and excellent facilities exceeded my expectations. If you're planning a visit to Istanbul, I highly recommend Marmaray hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, I would like to highlight that hotel is super near to subway as well as bus station..

Location was great. Room was big and very clean. The restaurant of the hotel has a wonderful sea view. We enjoyed a lot our breakfast. And people were very kind and friendly. Nothing

Breakfast was awful

Nothing was good. Breakfast was poor, it had limited options, food tasted like it was from previous days. Room was so small, we couldn’t even walk around. We asked for a cot and it wasn’t provided. We asked for a double bed but was provided 3 single bed. The room service was very poor and it felt like the staff’s morale was very low as they weren’t working to guests expectations. The staff in reception were very moody and didn’t want to help out.

From the moment i arrived the gentleman on the front desk greeted me with a smile and was so polite. I asked for a nice room and they gave me a choice of 2 rooms and told me to pick the one i wanted. The hotel is central and is near to the metro. I travelled alone and was made to feel welcome I wasnt too keen on the breakfast but that didnt ruin my stay

Two small things that should be considered in the future, one is that the light in the rooms is low. Second, toilet faucets need to be inspected.
