The staff are welcoming and always prompt to help Denise was helpful since day one as I arrived around 2 am, he helped with my luggage and as I was leaving, he also arranged for a lift! Ibo was also helpful as well as all the staff. Breakfast was yummy. Loved it.

The staff are nice and their attitude is great, especially when you have a visitor I requested a late check-out from the first day I arrived, and they allowed it without any extra charges The Wi-Fi is unstable The room is very small to the extent that it’s impossible to walk or pray comfortable There is no kettle There are no tissues in the room The air conditioner blows hot air, and according to them, it works centrally The buffet has had the same items for 14 days, consisting of cheese, eggs, olives, jam, honey, cake, and powdered juices like Tang and Vimto

Excellent staff, easy checkin check out process. Hotel still fairly new and beds are comfortable. Breakfast provided. Good location close to public transportation.

Nothing, only was close to Festival park Yenikapy Was not room cleaning every day, 1 day lift was out of service, breakfast was very poor ….. totally disappointed.

Good value for money: the hotel cost around €110 for 2 nights, which is reasonable for Istanbul.

Great location, great staff, value for money, would come back again thanks! there was some construction at the building next door which was quite loud, although the hotel cant help this, please keep this in mind if you are sensitive to loud noise.
