This hotel was an excellent choice, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The service exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the reception staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thanks to Hidir, who helped us a lot during both check-in and check-out. He is a very caring and attentive person, and the hotel owners should truly value and take good care of him. Considering the price, I did not expect to receive such a high level of service. The hotel offers outstanding value for money, and I was genuinely impressed. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. A perfect 10/10 experience!

Amazing, and very attentive staff. They were really helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by such hospitality. The only thing I didn’t like is that taxi can’t take you directly to the entrance of the hotel cause it’s located on a very narrow pedestrian street and you need to walk a bit. On my way to the airport hotel staff helped with my luggage to the taxi which was very nice.

Property is a very old building, which adds a little bit to the ambiance, but not if you’re looking for something that is new and modern

I intended to stay 8 nights instead of 2. I informed the 2 morning staff (guy and girl) I had to do meeting and would come down to pay after my 12 midday meeting They were informed of this in advance They made me feel like I was going to just leave without paying. So instead of staying 8 days, I cut it short to just 2. They need to be retrained on how to talk to/handle customers. The night staff, kitchen staff and restaurant staff were all wonderful. It's just the 2 days time staff that made me feel like I was dishonest. I checked out next morning Shame really. Great location

I recently stayed at this hotel in Istanbul and truly enjoyed my experience. The hotel is beautifully and thoughtfully designed — compact, cozy, and full of character. You can really feel the attention to detail in every corner. What impressed me the most was the staff. I haven’t experienced such genuine hospitality and care in a long time. The team made me feel truly welcome and valued as a guest, always ready to help with a smile. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

P.S. Staff of Mercure Istanbul Sirkeci is very friendly, but I want to specially mention Hidir, who is a fantastic person, very kind and helpful. Nothing. Location is mega convenient, facilities are clean and staff is super friendly.
