Very welcoming check-in staff, excellent breakfast with very good staff and Manager. The location is walking distance to some tourist attractions and Grand/ Spice bazaar and good restaurants. Staff was Great. Elevator are little small but nothing to complain about as it works perfectly.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and very quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring Istanbul. The hotel’s location is also excellent, with many of the city’s main attractions within walking distance. What really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality and attention to detail made a real difference and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul and will happily recommend this hotel to friends and family.
