My 4th time staying at this hotel ( around 40 nights in total), and hopefully many more. The location could not be better, rooms are very clean and have everything from hairdryer to mini fridge. There’s an elevator, so you don’t have to drag your suitcase upstairs. A cherry on the top is the people who make my stay always comfortable, safe and welcoming: Ramazan, Furkan and Mehmet. Such an exemplary human beings who I was so lucky to have as my hosts. Highly recommend this small authentic hotel with an exceptional hospitality!

My 3rd time staying at this hotel, and I cannot praise enough Ramazan, Furkan and Mehmet for their hospitality, honesty, and always going above and beyond. The room is very clean, and the bed is comfortable (on a firmer side).

Very nice staff, good location A bit aged, but still ok
-
the only good thing about this institution was the person at the reception and the location. reception and the location.

The hosts welcomed us so nicely, the room was clean, a bit old but for the price it is all to be expected Nothing, the location is great, host are amazing, all was per deal

Overall location is good, food street near entrance of the hotel. Furqan and his brother were amazing and very helpful but the rest of the staff was not very welcoming. There is a walk to hotel as the street it is on does not accommodate cars. The bathroom was very dirty, lots of hair in the shower stand drain so clearly the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The bedsheets looked very old and had holes in them. Felt a bit uncomfortable as no proper door lock, just a key but no safety measures to lock from inside too that is not openable from outside. Room had no view.

The location was great and the two brothers working at Reception were very helpful especially Ramzan. He helped me plenty of times with food suggestions and local information as I was a solo traveller. It was right near a mosque which was great for a practicing muslim. The toilet was quite poor - the sink felt like it would come apart if i pulled hard enough. The toilet / bathroom had mould on the walls and ceiling. It wasnt very clean in my honest opinion. The bathroom was mainly where the negatives were present. The rest of the room was ok.

The staff are very friendly and helpful; I arrived hours later at night due to flight delays but the staff were very cheerful and kept saying it was not a problem. They also helped me with a lot of things like getting a local sim card, places to eat etc. The room was bigger as I had a reservation and the single rooms were all occupied. I also got an ensuite as a result and that was very nice. The room had tea/ coffee making facilities, also a plus for me. The hotel is in a bazaar area, so heaps of tasty, authentic, and cheap food options. The bed was a little too firm for me but I think it is normal for Turkey ?

Perfect location, best stuff! On the way back to the airport, our transfer was delayed due to a flat tire, but Furkan from the reception did everything to help us, contacted the transfer company, waited with us for a new transfer, so we luckily arrived on the flight Thank you very much Furkan, you are the best!

The hotel is next to a lot of restaurants and shops that stay open a bit late so it feels very safe to walk there at night especially if you’re alone, the location is perfect , you can walk to the tramway/metro and to Ayasofya and the blue mosque.. but my favorite part was definitely how well you’re treated, Ramadan and the rest of the staff were very nice and very helpful during my week there, would definitely come back and recommand this hotel :)

Each time You need to ask to (clean the room, shampoo and soap, water). My stay was during world cup, at night it was noisy ( people were watching the match in below restaurants and the noise reached to my room)
