Everything! The Aslan Home Apart was an excellent choice. We booked a triple room, and Mr Aslan gave us a quadruple room with no extra charge. It was spacious and had all we needed. We do not like to kill the environment, and so we asked to change towls only once during our 10-day stay. Mr. Aslan gave us his phone number, and we could contact him anytime we wanted. The location is to die for! It is close to all the historical attractions, to the tram stop, to metro, to buses, ferry,.... The only thing is that you need to bring some good comfortable walking shoes because you will be doing a lot of walking. If you have any questions, just ask Mr Aslan. He can arrange a transfer from and to the airport. He could recommend places to eat. We loved this place, and we will definitely come back. Mr Aslan's assistant was also exyremly warm and very accommodating. If you want to enjoy your visit without worrying about looking for far places to eat or spending money on taxis, then Aslan Home Apt is the place to book. All was great

Mr. Aslan is unbeliveable host. Location is great, close to public transport, good restaurants.. Clean and comfortable room.

We stayed on the top floor, where there were frequent issues with the water supply. In the mornings, it often took around an hour for the water to start running, and hot water was not always available. The room had a strong smell of cats, and the bathroom was quite dirty and worn, with the drain almost completely clogged. There was no proper ventilation, causing all the moisture to remain inside the room. Additionally, the walls were thin, making it easy to hear the neighbors, and the doors were quite noisy."

I like the location because it is near touristy areas where we went or just a short ride away.I love that the room is unexpectedly spacious and and above all it is clean which is important if you have kids. They also provide bottle of shampoos and body wash.I also like that they have available appliances like microwave,iron and fridge,both heater and AC.They have a free wifi,too! Mr.Fikret (the owner) and Mr.Kaya (assistant) were so nice and making sure you feel safe and comfortable.

Super clean, great location. Close to both Sirkeci and Gulhane trum. Șok supermarket is just across the street. Mr. Fikret the owner and his personnels are very helpful and make you feel very safe like you are at home. Highly recomended. Just mind that there is no elevator if you have elderly people with you.

We had major issues with this booking, we were on the phone non stop with booking.com - requested a refund as we did not stay at this booking - services were not rendered. The property owner was abusive and rude. The photos are not true, and misleading.... i would very much like someone to call me so i can come to an agreement. I sent an email on 2/8/24 which booking.com read but did not respond, and allowed the property owner to access the money in the wallet on 6/8/24. I need someone to contact me asap please.

I sent an email on 2/8/24 which booking.com read but did not respond, and allowed the property owner to access the money in the wallet on 6/8/24. I need someone to contact me asap please. Building falling apart - structurally not sound. No working smoke alarms. Door frames unsecure no clean towels no clean beds (Pillows had visible stains on it - bed sheets still had human pubic hair) unsafe electrical cables exposed No reception no staff were available (as the owner was in Cyprus on their own holiday and left the home apart to the souvenir shop owner) Mould all inside the bathroom. Broken bed frames Dust You couldn't go toilets without fully bending (hitting your head) as there was a huge wall restricting you.
