The Owner of the hotel is the best host I ever have in all of my trips, really kind and always willing to help! The rooms are soundproof in front of a park, is first time in my 5 trips to Istanbul old town that I could finally sleep, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Nothing to mention

Very kind and attentive host. Very comfortable location for exploring Istanbul historical center, most of the famous landmarks are walking distance away. The restaurants nearby are very good. Our room was comfortable and quiet. This is not a negative, neither was a problem for us but needs to be mentioned, some people with moving difficulties may find this information useful - there is no elevator. Take it into account if you choose a high floor room.

The small balcony is with good view and cozy. Many restaurants and shops are in the proximity. The owners were very kind and helpful. If I really have to look for a bone in an egg, perhaps bigger cups would be my suggestion.:)

Very good location, most famous tourist attractions are very close, park in the yard, clean hotel, friendly and caring stuff, good cafes and restaurants around, close to the sea, close to public transportation, good price quality value, nice room with everything needed

It was clean, comfortable, and situated in a lovely area! Many restaurants in walkable distance and a lovely park in front of the building. The host and his brother (who owns the store next door) were super friendly and welcoming! I really enjoyed our stay.

We had a comfortable 6 night stay. The room is clean, spacious, bright. The owner is really nice. The location is walking distance to the main tourist sights in the historical district, and we felt safe at all times. It is worth noting that the apartment is around 10-15 minutes walk downhill from the tram stop and other tourist sights. The wifi was quite slow. It is personal taste but for us the pillows were too high.

Property was very good. Very near to all tourist location, wifi also good. Staff very nice. If u need something near by supermarket also available. Online food also available with in 15-20 min. I stayed with my family of 4 members 1 child and 1 infant space was sufficient.

Location and the host Eray is exceptional. He happily fulfilled all our requests. Very close to Sultanahmet attractions.

Amazing location ? small lovely hotel, beautiful room. Staff not available 24hours. cause issues on the airport arrived early morning after 6am and nobody was present at the reception
