Nothing to complain. I was afraid cuz there was a few reviews and was worried until i got there. Thank god it was great hotel since it was non refundable. Location- The location is perfect, very close to sultanahmet and you can take tram to wherever you are going. The rooftop restaurants are all near, supermarket and stores just 2min away. Location wise perfect Cleanliness- As someone who is scared of bedbugs and risk of the hotels of istanbul, this hotel is very clean very comfortable. I had zero issue. Staff- depends on who is on shift but overall nice people. Breakfast- well totally worth my money. i think They change the fruit and pastry everyday. Overall same everyday. You have a sea view from rooftop. That's why we did not think about having dinner on terrace but now i regret it. We should have had dinner too. Ps: please have a dinner at the rooftop. The evening staffs are nicest and they seem to have no customers except the guests. They say they offer discount for the guests. We did not know our reservation was for b1 floor but The receptionist upgraded our room to 1st floor thank youu!! As i said before we did not know we booked a room in basement floor. The information was not clear. You should put that somewhere people will see. However we were upgraded to 1st floor. Thank you so much that made our stay much better.

Great location quite near the city center, making it very easy to get around. It is also very budget-friendly; we paid around €550 for a 5-night stay in a triple room, which included breakfast and a convenient one-way taxi transfer from the airport. We had zero room service or housekeeping during our entire 5-day stay, meaning we had to take out our own trash, provide toilet paper from the reception and make our beds. Also, the room felt noticeably smaller than the advertised 30 square meters, and the breakfast lacked variety. For the money, you can probably find a place with better service.

The location very convenient, the staff are excellent, especially the front desk gentlemans, very clean place. Breakfast Noisy rooms, even the doors make sounds when you close or open it. Wi- fi did not work sometimes.

Location: in the middle of Old City, with all major attractions in close proximity. The roof top restaurant has a beautiful view on the old city and Bosporus Bay. The manager, Abdul, tried his best to accommodate us- thank you, Abdul! For the new visitors of Istanbul: this is a helpful info we learned from our tour guide: on Sultanahmet square, there is a municipal restaurant where the food is of good quality and about 30% less expensive than in other restaurants around that area. The balcony doors were not able to lock, and the keys in the balcony door were not working. The locksmith person said nonsense about it- never fixed it. The food in the restaurant was of very poor quality- we got stomach problem after ate in the roof top restaurant. Continental breakfast was always cold and if you do not come at the time it opens (8 am), the food disappears quickly and they do not fill it in again.

The breakfast was quite poor and the same everyday.

The staff are super friendly. The rooms are nice and clean and the location is just a short walk to the blue mosque. No laundry facilities. “Luggage storage” is just leaving your luggage in the hotel foyer until you come back. The hallways were quite noisy at night.

There could be two more hooks for the towels to enhance the comfort dramatically. Sometimes there is smell from the bathroom.

Good location, clean and recently renovated rooms, comfortable bed. The breakfast is great as well as the view from the terrace where it is served No fridge in the room, the internet connection wasn't stable sometimes, the lamp in the bathroom was blinking all the time. No heating so it may be a little cold

Great location, 5 to 7 minutes walk to blue mosque, hagia sofia and topkapi palace Very helpful staff specially Abdul Rehman and Prinit in reception

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind and always ready to help. The breakfast is good, the rooftop restaurant with a view is also nice. Location is pretty good, near Sultan Ahmed Mosque, Aya Sophia, Topkapi palace, Basilica cistern and 5 min. far from the T1 station. I would stay at the hotel again. Parking and SPA are not included in the price and guests need to pay extra to use them. We visited the place with a toddler (2-year-old) and in my opinion it is not suitable for kids younger then 4-5-year-old.
