The location of hotel and also breakfast is great. Also, their nice staff like Ayhan, Gozde and Niloofer in restaurants were great. We had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. The toilet bidet does not work properly and it was out of order.

A wonderful location, very supportive staff, especially Mr. Ayhan and Miss Gozde who took care of us in serving a spectacular breakfast creating a good start of day. Room supplies like tissues and toiletries were not supplied and very essential for daily life.

Breakfast was excellent, with terrific service. Alhambra was particularly attentive. The shower was great, the bed comfortable, and the room extremely quiet, despite its proximity to Taxim Square and the pedestrian street, which was very lively. The lobby was pretty plain. Don’t go on May 1, as you be pretty much trapped on the street.

Centrally located in Taksim. Clean facilities and wonderful hospitable staff! Breakfasts were varied and tasty. Ayhan and Gözde were attentive and friendly servers who made our stay memorable as well

This is my 4th stay at this hotel! The location is perfect just 1 min walk towards Istikalal street near both metro and bus stations. All the staff are so friendly especially Mr. Eşref, Musa and Ayhan. The food is so delicious and varied. None

The TV in our room wasn't working. We asked for maintenance but they said it can't be fixed soon. We stayed for five nights and during that time they couldn't fix it. Otherwise the air-conditioning and fridge were working perfectly.

(Staff and Service) What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assist. A very special thank you goes to Ayhan and Gözde. Their service was exceptional; their professionalism and dedication to guest comfort made my stay easier and more enjoyable. Thanks to their efforts, I received genuine five-star service. The only minor note I have is that the pillows in the room were uncomfortable. I hope the management will consider providing more diverse or softer options to ensure a perfect night's sleep, as the quality of sleep is an essential part of the accommodation experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful service, and I hope this small note will be taken into consideration for achieving perfection
