Great location near Sirkeci Tram . Grocery store, laundry, restaurants shops outside the door. Friendly staff. Convenient to walk to several sights. The bedding sheets were tight and thin for me i was cold in AC.

The position of the hotel was great very close to the ferries, trams and metro. The room was very comfortable and clean. Had a good shower. The swimming pool was great to refresh in on the hot days. We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Istanbul and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic — very close to all the main tourist attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The Bosphorus and the harbour are just a short walk away. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of food to choose from. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the pool is superb — a real treat after a day of sightseeing. The value for money is outstanding, which is rare for such a prime location. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back! Nothing — everything was great.

The hotel is in a great location for first-time visitors to Istanbul -- close to the key sights and to Istanbul's great light-rail metro system. We also loved the rooftop terrace restaurant!

It was my birthday while we were staying at the hotel, and they organized a small surprise birthday cake for me at breakfast. That is proof that they truly care about their guests. All compliments and recommendations!!

Location is excellent, staff is excellent, the included breakfast and the dining staff was top notch. I don’t have enough good things to say. Try this hotel if you want to see the sights of old city, bazaar, and most tourist sights. Everything is very well done at this location! Everything was wonderful!

Everything Loved the Turkish baths but we had expected a hot spa bath - but it’s 0nly kept at 27 degrees- nothing wrong with that just not what we expected

I returned to this property after 15 years, and I was genuinely impressed to see that it has been maintained just as beautifully as when it was first built. Everything was perfect — the breakfast was very good, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the overall management was excellent. Absolutely loved the staff, Mehmet was so kind and helpful. Everyone was always willing to answer any questions and help with getting transportation. The staff was amazing and made this a phenomenal stay. The location of the hotel was great, the rooms and spa were very clean and comfortable, and much roomier than expected! Being on the first floor was a little loud due to the noises outdoor, however this is not the staff or facilities fault, just the taxi drivers being loud!
