Very comfortable stay at this contemporary styled hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. For such a new and modern hotel, I found the television interface clunky and lacking. Given the amount of western guests at the hotel, there were surprisingly few channels catering to this group. I also found the pillows very uncomfortable. They felt like under inflated balloons.

First, the location is fantastic. It is perfectly central to everything, making it incredibly easy to explore Istanbul's best spots while still offering a nice, relaxing neighborhood vibe. The rooms are excellent—spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and remarkably quiet, providing the perfect restful sanctuary after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast was also a daily highlight, offering a great and delicious variety to start our mornings right. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its incredible hospitality. The entire staff is professional and helpful, but we want to extend a special and heartfelt thank you to: Emre: Thank you for always meeting us with a warm, genuine smile every single morning at the lounge. Your welcoming energy truly made our days brighter! Furkay Bey: Thank you so much for your wonderfully positive attitude and for ensuring everything went smoothly. Samit Bey & Izzat Bey: Thank you both for your outstanding service and kind hospitality throughout our stay. All in all, it was a flawless experience. We felt so well taken care of, and we will definitely choose Novotel Bomonti again on our next visit to Istanbul! sometimes taxis took too long to come but bitaksi helped in crisis. Also Emre bey assisted us a lot in finding a taxi. Breakfast options could be expanded a bit too.

I didn’t understand why the receptionist upgraded my room number for disabled people ? however I liked the size of the room, but in the bathroom it was inconvenient. I feel very lazy to ask change the room

I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel Istanbul Bomonti. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious with a great city view. The location was also convenient and close to many places. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. Honestly, there was nothing major to complain about. Everything was very good overall. Only a small delay with one request, but the staff handled it professionally.

Good location and style The breakfast is good Nearby pharmacy and hospital in case of emergencies We could not connect to the WiFi We had to connect to the guest WiFi for those who are not staying at the hotel which was a lower speed WiFi We also reached out to the employees twice and they said they will come help but never did

One of the main reasons I chose Novotel was because I was already familiar with the brand and trusted that it wouldn’t disappoint, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. The internet speed was a little bit slow, not bothering but not A+.
