Great hotel and staff !

A nice, small, and clean hotel in a great location. The room was quite compact, placing just one suitcase made it feel tight. That said, the hotel was clean, functional, and offered a generous breakfast. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a good value for the price. As a 3-star mini hotel, it’s comfortable, but don’t expect luxury.

The location of the hotel is relatively close to hystorical places. Decent price/quality ratio Wi-fi connection was all the time interrupring. Need to pass stairs before you reach reception and elevator. Very small room. Just good enough to sleep at night.

Nice location, immaculately clean room and very comfortable beds, definitely the best thing about the room. The breakfast is satisfying, quite a wide variety.

Very good hotel, great location and clean rooms. I was there for 5 weeks, I extended many times. All of the staff is very good, the young man at reception in the daytime is very nice, never got his name. Sabrina was the best cleaner, she take her job seriously and she is very humble and nice. Good people. Highly recommend!

The location was good,close to the grand bazaar and other amenities. Some of the staff was very nice The wifi is never working i stayed for 1 week the connection is a nightmare, 1 night there was some contruction around and they cut the water without notice which ends up with no water to use in the washroom i have to sleep without shower after a long day visiting around. The breakfast was average. Some staff dont speak english at all and calling them middle of the night to tell them the guest next room is fighting and making noise ,they dont understand what u are saying.

Amazing stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar and the historic mosques, with easy access to public transportation. The room was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was absolutely wonderful, going above and beyond by allowing me to check in early at no extra charge. Highly recommended! Its on the main street so in the morning it gets a little noisy
