Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were quite nice in a quirky way. Beautiful rooftop with ocean views for breakfast each morning. Aircon. The breakfast, which was included in the price was fabulous, all one can eat and drink. So much choice! Central location. The restaurant opposite is fabulous. Take the hotel transfer offer, ask for taxi, it's fixed price and safer that way. Hotel offers sim card for purchase and laundry service. Bottled water to drink and for cups of tea is offered free of charge. Slightly noisy, but it's only people sitting outside talking. Quiet with a closed window. Smoke can get in through the open window on the first floor.

Location is perfect, you could walk along old Istanbul and all famous sightseeing are very close. On breakfast, you'll find all needed, cleaning and changing towels every day. The best match of price and service! Stuff is very helpful and kind, Azamat helps us in any our asks and questions. Thank you very much Azamat and your colleague!

The location was very good, the room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was good enough and Ali at reception helped us with everything we needed, he was really friendly :) The only thing we didn’t like was, that there was a smell coming from the bathroom, but we kept the door closed at all times so it was okay.

It was very clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were very polite and friendly. Constant unpleasant smell from bathroom sewage and problems with the shower (not enough water, too hot or too cold). We ordered 2 rooms, one for my husband and one for our parents. When we arrived they said that one of the rooms is unavailable and our parents has to stay in different room which was in the next building, the room was with no windows, underground and you could hear the steps of the people outside, feels like they walk on your head. It was unfair that we paid for one room and we receive another without important facilities like windows… We understand that everything can happen but the property should have warn us about this, before arriving!

Very good location.staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Mr Azmat ali was always very helpful and guided us to Locations around Istanbul. Nice breakfast the lady who served breakfast always had a smile on her face and very friendly. Rooms needs updating with better furniture. Mattress was uncomfortable. But overall was ok.

The hotel was good enough for budget travel. At the price level of the hotel, you couldn't expect to het luxury. The location was excellent staff was friendly, rooms were cleaned daily rooms were worn but work.

Amazing cozy hotel! The location is great, in the heart of Old city. The stuff was super friendly and helpful! The guy on the reception gave us all necessary information, including the information about tours and sightseeings, where can we rent a car, what is a fare price for a taxi ride. Big thanks for that! Also there are bottles of drinking water on the ground floor and they can be taken by hotel guests for free. The breakfasts were good and fresh. We were totally satisfied with our stay!
