Die Lage in Sultanahmet ist ideal, um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, und trotzdem schläft man ruhig. Die Zimmer sind im osmanischen Stil gehalten, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück oben im Restaurant mit dem wunderschönen Meerblick ist wirklich ein Highlight morgens. In der Straße obendrüber gibt es viele Lokalitäten. Die Rezeption gibt einem super ehrliche Tipps, wo man gut und zu angemessenen Preisen essen kann. Sehr freundlicher und unaufdringlicher Service, alles bestens. kein Aufzug

I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering a stay at Osmanhan Hotel. The hotel is right in the heart of Sultanahmet, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—places like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the Basilica Cistern are all just a few minutes’ walk away. The best part is that despite being so central, it sits on a quiet and peaceful street, away from the noisy main roads. The hotel features an Ottoman-style design with fine details that really let you feel the area's rich history. The rooms are very clean, authentic, and comfortable. After walking around Istanbul all day, it’s a wonderful place to return to and unwind. The staff at the front desk and around the hotel deserve a special mention as well. They are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with local recommendations or anything else you might need. What I appreciated most was that while they are very attentive, they never crowd you, creating a really relaxed atmosphere. Having breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a great view was also a brilliant way to start the day. If you’re looking for a place close to historical sites that is clean, quiet, and offers a warm, authentic, home-like feel, I highly recommend it.

The breakfast is delicious, the lady who prepares it is very kind, it reminded me of eating home-cooked food. Perhaps starting to serve breakfast at 7:00 AM would be perfect.

We had a really lovely stay at this boutique hotel. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance, which made exploring Istanbul very easy. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The breakfast was also very tasty and enjoyable. Overall, it felt like a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. There was some noise outside at night, but this was not the hotel’s fault — we had the window open for fresh air. The mattress and pillows were not the most comfortable for us personally, but everything else was very good.

Everything about my stay was absolutely perfect, especially the service. I would like to give a special mention to Ibrahim at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful and always at our service with great information and tips. The room was also incredibly clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, and the hospitality was top-notch.

The location of this property is excellent... within walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Arasta Bazaar, and a host of restaurants and shops. the room was a little small, but very comfortable

The location is excellent, close to major attractions. The breakfast was great and rooftop is very nice. Just not enough table to put your belongings and outlet to charge your phone. The bathroom has no counterspace.

Great location close to the main attractions on the Anatolian (Asian) side of Istanbul. Really comfortable room with AC, great electric pot yo make tea or coffee in the room, amazing breakfast, beautiful rooftop terrace, exceptionally warm, kind and helpful staff. I was allowed to check out an hour later to accommodate my flight. This is not a deal breaker for me - the water pressure on the 4 th floor was not ideal.

The location is very central which we loved! Breakfast was good as well. Our room was pretty small and the A/C didn’t work great. The decoration was nice but it’s lacking in amenities.

Bars nearby can be quite loud until very late but the soundproofing is thankfully quite good

Location - right at the heart of Old City, walking distance from Hagia Sofia, Hypodrome, Main Cistern, Blue Mosque. Room - clean, very well maintained (we stayed 3 nights, got the room cleaned after each) Breakfast - the terrace where this is served makes all the money, to sip the tea with local sweets while enjoying the Bosphorus Strait - unforgettable moments! I have no clue! all was excellent! :)

Central location so all Sultanahmet tourist sights are within easy walking distance. Quiet street. Spacious room. Clean. Fresh varied and rotating breakfast choices on rooftop, both covered and fresh air options. Very helpful concierge! Not much. It was perfect for my needs.

Excellent location Room rather tired and lacking fine touches. No soap, milk or sufficient drink sachets. Breakfast heavily focussed to Eastern Europe cuisine.
