Pell Palace Hotel & Spa

Enjoyed our stay at this place. The staff were super friendly and helpful and this made up for any shortcomings in the hotel. Shoutout to Kaan! We had 2 stays in Istanbul during our trip and chose to come back to this hotel on our second coming to the city. The staff kindly agreed to hold our bags for a few days till we got back. The location is great and very close to a metro stop making it easy to get around. Diverse breakfast options so you will for sure find something you like to eat. Drinks at breakfast can be improved. Juice is too concentrated and artificial. Water tank is not very cold and doesn't always get replaced quickly enough. It would be great if turkish coffee can be served :) The beds weren't bad but not super comfy. The room didn't have a queen bed but rather 2 double / full beds put together. In our first stay, I noticed that under the bed wasn't cleaned. A lot of dust was there and socks that weren't ours were left there. Room was a little bit tight and not much storage space to leave bags, or to put clothes, or to store bathroom essentials (toothpaste, toothbrush, etc). I'd also recommend the hotel to invest in better irons and ironing boards for guests who want to iron their clothes. The iron we were given to iron our clothes wasn't the greatest.

This property is very close and walkable to all main attractions and train stations is right next to the property.The staff was very friendly throughout of my stay.The property was very cleaned.Beds were comfortable make me feel like I m at home.Restaurants are just one step away from the property.

Amazing small hotel. Perfect location. Only minutes away from all main attractions. Staff were amazing! Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Both my friend and I loved it, and will for sure come again ❤️

Room was nice and the accommodations were pleasant.

Walking distance to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Palace and many restaurants! Staff was very nice especially Gisam. Nice breakfast. Taxi help. Bedding and linens needed upgrade.

The property was located in a convenient area of the Faith district. It was clean, had a great breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

We wanted a nice end to our trip, so we booked a spa hotel, expecting the facilities to be included, as they usually are in other Istanbul hotels I've stayed at. However, upon arrival, we found out there was an extra charge. At first, I was quite upset, but after messaging the hotel, they handled it amazingly. They not only apologised but also gave us exclusive access as a goodwill gesture - something we had never experienced before! The staff member who helped us Kadri was incredibly kind. Later, I checked their website and saw that the extra charge was clearly stated, so it was actually my mistake for assuming otherwise. If you're booking, just be aware of this to avoid any surprises. Overall, the hotel was good - nothing extraordinary, just a solid and comfortable stay. nothing
