We had been looking forward to using the gym, but couldn’t because it was only open from 12pm-7pm. Wish they had longer hours!

Everything was as advertised and great location. Staff were very accommodating and helpful every step of the way. Opening times of the Gym. Gym opening hours were 1100-1900, as a tourist you won’t be at the hotel normally throughout that whole duration. 24 hrs would be ideal as a traveller, however at-least 7am to 11pm would have been nice so that you have a window to go to the gym. Also Airport Transfer fees was excessively higher than the Uber or booking.com prices.

We were 3 friends travelling together. the room had 2 single beds and a double bed. Matraccess were perfect. The bathroom was nice, the room is ok. We were basically only sleeping in the room. Breakfast was ok, a lot of choices of chees and some eggs and sweets. Actually not everything my taste, not european taste... They had bread also, but nly sweet breads, or too white ones. No healthy option. Overall the hotel is a 3 star hotel in european standard, not a 4 star one.But i new this, that in Turkey you have to deduct a star from evry hotel, so it was not a disappointment for me. The chocolate shop next to the hotel has really good prices, if you can bargain :)

Location great, short walk to most places and tram service . Nearby shops and restaurants, 40 -50 min to airport, great service by concierge Ramazan Cana who helped us check in and out smoothly. The breakfast was disappointing, lacking in variety and flavour. As guests from the UK, we found the food rather bland, and the so-called continental breakfast was limited to bread, cheese, scrambled eggs, and a small selection of fruit. The drinks provided were unpalatable, to the extent that we had to bring our own English tea and Nescafé. Several members of our group even skipped breakfast, as it simply wasn’t worth waking up for. Given that this is a 4-star establishment, the bathroom facilities were underwhelming. While the size was reasonable, the design was impractical – in some rooms, the toilet placement made it difficult to sit comfortably. Basic amenities such as body wash, toothbrushes, and lotion were not provided, and the complimentary water was not replenished until mid-afternoon. Furthermore, there were no complimentary drinks like juice or soft beverages available throughout the day, which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this rating.

Disappointing

It was another comfortable stay in this hotel. I think the 4th one. I am happy to see some improvements. The breakfast buffet is very reach, very tasty. A big choice of food and beverages. Extremely nice staff. Special thanks to Cumali and Mehment and the bell boy for their support. Also the arrangement of the airport transfers went smoothly via Whatsapp. Great communication. I will come back.
