The location is so convenient , next to tram , shops and restaurants . staff are very friendly and very helpful , you feel you are home . Breakfast is tasty . Clean rooms . Thank you to Sema , she made sure that we have a comfortable stay . My third time staying in this hotel. Will come again.

We really liked the service, the breakfasts, and the attentive staff at the reception, specially thanks Ahmet. We've been staying with you for many years, and you've changed for the better! As a guest, I would like to see different pillows next time, as the current ones are very uncomfortable to sleep on!

The hotel is very cozy , breakfast is delicious , staff are very friendly, we felt we are home not in a hotel. Warm atmosphere , must try the Turkish coffee in the lobby is very tasty . The pillows were uncomfortable

Limited english made it difficult sometimes to communicate, it was not worth 8.7 rating, free taxi to airport, they didn’t know and it didn’t happen, referring me back to booking.com, they didn’t care, boring breakfast, cold was not cold enough, hot was not warm at all

The overall stay was okay, but there were a few issues that made the experience less enjoyable. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no variety, which became boring after a couple of days. There was also no complimentary drinking water in the room. When we asked for water, we were told we had to purchase it. For a hotel of this level, I expected at least some basic amenities like free drinking water. Additionally, we had booked a double room, but there was an extra bed placed in the room, which took up a lot of space. We asked the reception to remove the extra bed since the room was already quite small, but they refused to do so.

Our stay at the Prestige Hotel was just perfect. Great quality of the equipments, the beds are very clean and also the rooms and calm. The hotel lobby is luxious and the personal seems to be professionnal. This has become our default detination for our next visit to Istanbul. Also, the hotel is very adapted to babies, our 1 year old daughter enjoyed her stays just as much as her parents ! The metro and tramway station are very close, and the neighborhood is well animated with magnificent shops. Nothing, everything was perfect.

A wonderful location, a very nice and helpful staff, great brekfast. The hotel offers amazing value for its price. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a place to stay in the heart of Istanbul.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to both Laleli and Aksaray tram stations. We’ve stayed in Istanbul 10 times, but this hotel stands out as the best by far. It’s spacious, offers top-notch service, and the rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, adding to the overall excellent experience. The only downside was that during our stay, there were some street works going on, which lasted almost the entire night and caused some noise while sleeping. However, this was not the hotel's fault, and it will likely be finished soon (if it hasn’t been already).
