I booked this stay for my mother on the same day she arrived in Istanbul after she checked out of another 3* hotel she was unhappy with, and she ended up having a great experience here. The room was very clean, the staff were welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient. I highly recommend it!

Friendly and helpful staff, superb location, clean and well-heated rooms, decent breakfast The rooms were very well-cleaned but the facilities are a bit old and beds quite small for a couple. Awkward angles of the toilet. Would be good to have mugs or glasses in the room even if there’s no kettle

Stay in the hotel was fine. We enjoyed the hotel and the place. Average quality. The breakfast didnt meet my expectations. I mean that the taste and quality was fine. But the problem was that every day was the same meal. They could change something in some days.

Location! Great! Right next to trams! Easy access Lovely reception area. Great reception staff as well. Very helpful Room was a bit dated and small and wasn't very clean. Interior very old fashioned. Breakfast was very very basic and repetitive not much options Less cupboard space.
