Overall, the hotel was good and clean. However, the bed sheets were not changed every day and the bathroom was not cleaned daily. The beds were comfortable, but the window in our room did not close completely and the room warmed up very slowly. The staff were kind and welcoming. However, there was an issue with the Bosphorus boat tour. We asked to do the tour without dinner, but they kept insisting that we should do it with dinner. In the end, it turned out to be a very bad experience because the dinner on the boat was terrible. The location was the worst part. Laleli is mostly a commercial area with clothing shops everywhere. Almost every step you take there are wholesale clothing stores, and there are very few restaurants or lounges. We mostly used taxis to get around (our choice), although the tram passes right on the hotel’s street. Still, most attractions were quite far. Even when walking, it usually took at least 20–30 minutes and still not to the main attractions of Istanbul.

N/A The hotel is not accessible for many due to the amount of very steep steps to the doorway. This isn't mentioned anywhere in any description- I would never have booked had I known. The room was dark with only a very small window. Quite oppressive in my opinion only. It is on the lower price bracket and it shows. Did not go for breakfast as the dining room is on the lower ground floor with no natural light. Probably ok for some people, definitely not for me.

Nothing nice Room lights are so dull room had a bad odour same breakfast for 7 days and if the cake didn’t get finished they brought it out the next day stale food the cleaner ladies was very nice but there was one male staff was very rude to my guest and on the last day they didn’t help with the luggage to the taxi and I am a female had to carry the luggage’s

I only like wifi, room cleanliness was below standard. Breakfast they don’t consider foreigners no English breakfast at all. Nothing really interest me with that hotel. The only good part of the hotel is convenient to local grand bazar walking distance.

The reception guy was very helpful. Others no. The facility was good. Breakfast was the same for the 5 nites I stayed there, so boring after 2nd day.

Firstly, I mistakenly booked an additional room and immediately requested a refund upon realization. Initially, your staff assured me that they would assist, but later refused to help. Despite attempting to resolve this issue in person, I was ultimately denied a refund. This lack of consistency and support is deeply disappointing. Secondly, although the towels provided were clean, they were old and had holes in them. Additionally, the bed linen was stained. This is unacceptable for a hotel and significantly detracted from my stay. Thirdly, the hotel did not provide essential toiletries such as disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. This is a basic expectation in most hotels and its absence was quite inconvenient. Fourthly, the hotel provides only one bottle of water regardless of the length of stay. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was monotonous and unappetizing. This lack of variety and quality in food is not in line with the standard expected for the price paid. Lastly, on the final day of my stay, another guest entered my room using their key card 40 minutes before my checkout time. This breach of security is alarming and unacceptable. It indicates a severe lapse in the management of guest rooms and security protocols. I have stayed at numerous hotels and have never experienced such poor service. Considering the rate of $60-70 per day, I expected a much higher level of service and accommodation. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and address them promptly.

The only good thing about the hotel is its location, it was within 10 minutes drive to all the landmarks and within 2 minutes walk to the metro station The stair, there was a lot of stairs until you get to the elevator, there were stain all over the sheets and they never changed them of the pillows, the shower door got stuck and they didn’t fix it, the lighting was bad (couldn’t apply make up properly), the room was very small, there was a shelf over the (broken sink) that prevented us from reaching the sink to wash our faces, we traveled to shop in istanbul so we always had bags but there was never a hotel employee waiting at the entrance for help, and when we checked out from the hotel the employee at the counter told me that he will only help me get the heavy bags to the car if i gave the hotel a 10 grade review in the booking application with is a service included in the hotel accommodations regardless of my hotel review.

Nothing!!!!!! The hotel start with first floor and there is not elevator or escalator from ground to first it is difficult if you have baby stroller. Also the street is under construction and the location is very noisy and crowded. Also those photos that shared in the booking.com is totaly different with reality.

Nice cosy rooms and good location and amazing staff. Rooms were a bit small. However, it is good considering the amount paid for the rooms. We had some problems within our room which we realised that it was a problem after we were moved to another room. It would be helpful if staff checked that everything was in working order prior to giving us the room. Nevertheless, our stay in general was a very positive one and will most likely book again.
