Staff was extremely friendly, especially Efe from guest relations who took care of a issue we had with a room and promptly moved us into another.

Deluxe twin room sea view amazing view on the golden horn. Breakfast buffet is average, receptionists not helpful, no swimming pool no gym and rooftop resto cafe was closed the whole week except for weekends during our stay.

Overall Hotel, location, Breakfast, all the staffs except one (Er_n) were good. All other staffs were friendly especially Merc and Kamuran were excellent. One of the receptionist named Er_n was very rude and unprofessional. He is not fit for handling customer facing roles.

I had a pleasant stay at Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Golden Horn. The hotel was clean with a good breakfast, though I wish there were more dessert and drink options. Special thanks to Kamuran, the bellboy — he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made my stay much better! The coffee machine didn’t have milk, and there were no bathrobes in the room.

My stay was excellent! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Zeynep, Omer and mert — they were amazing! Everything was perfect, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ? Nothing

The afternoon shift is fantastic, the services is good Hi, This is Ammar Alenezi, I have a confirmed booking from 2oct-5oct, Everything is wonderful in check in between 1-3 pm the vale service is wonderful as the whole shift, except the night shift, I have ordered in the first day extra blanket and they said that they would bring it to my room number “3018” and really they didn’t do any thing about the blanket, in my third day (sat-3am) when I came to the hotel I asked for the vale and the reception said that you can park any where in Istanbul!!!. In my last day which is 5oct I came to the hotel between 2:30-3:00am, found the same reception guy, I asked him for a vale service, he denied that there is a vale service at all. I asked for his name and he said that I can complain for the whole shift!!!. And last I think this hotel deserves 2-3 stars not 4.

Nice big room, with comfortable bed and good selection of pillows. Decent bathroom, with proper water pressure and temperature stability. The staff, in general, was nice, although I did have an annoying issue getting my invoice as requested (with company details, etc.), twice, with different staff members, which could have been easily resolved, but didn't.

The hotel is super charming and in a great area, with riverside views. Very well-connected, with an amazing grill restaurant a short walk away and a late-night kiosk/shop. There was also a pharmac6 and other little eateries. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and supportive. They answered all our questions and were part of the experience from the start, including setting up an airport transfer upon our arrival. Shootout to Emre for his stellar service as well! The room service was really great and the breakfast was also pretty nice. There was also AC which really helped with the high temperatures outside. The rooms were clean, relatively spacious and nicely designed. They also gave us complimentary fruits upon arrival, and small water bottles every day. Overall, 10/10 stay. Well-connected, clean, quaint and safe, and affordable too. The wifi could have been faster, and it was a little sad that their rooftop restaurant/shisha lounge was under construction.

The rooms for me and my family were very confortable, The neighborhood was very convenient, close tu public transport, public parks and places of interest. There are also very good local restaurants near by.

Great location, affordable prices, and great breakfast. Staff is friendly, especially Kamuran who was always there for us to answer questions and help us out with parking.

Comfortable bed, very friendly, helpful and polite staff, very professional service 10/10; clean towels and water bottles every single day ?? The light in the room is not enough, you need lamps even during the day; it shows it’s old, there were some stains on the wall, the carpet, the mirrors are not good.

The room view was to another building,but we were happy because there was no (or little) noise of traffic. The front desk managers were very kind and helpful,espicially Neslihan hanim,Omer ve Mert bey,Kamuran bey,Baran bey ve other personnel,huge thanks?. They arranged for us breakfast though we chose option without breakfast.That was extremely wonderful gesture of client oriented service! Good sound proof rooms. I liked everything.
