Eren was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond by upgrading our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. He was always friendly, patient, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed, making us feel truly valued as guests. We would also like to thank Elif from housekeeping for her outstanding work. She was so kind, sweet, and attentive, and our room was always spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. Her hard work and warm attitude did not go unnoticed, and she helped make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Both Eren and Elif are wonderful representatives of the hotel. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the room was always kept spotless. Kemal, the bell captain, was very helpful with our luggage, professional and friendly. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

when I got to the hotel I found my reservation canceled, and the reception did not help me. after three days the booking charged me and debit the amount from my card.

When they found out we were on our honeymoon, they kindly upgraded our room, which was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more memorable. Nothing good, bad service with reception, they r using useless point of sale which declined cards so many times but in back r accepted with bank and deduct the amount from the credit card and when i asked them for the receipt they said we cant print them we have problem with that point of sale.
