Location of the hotel is great. Right across the Moda waterfront but you are also very close to the Kadikoy market and all the cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Our room was very spacious and comfortable for 2 people without feeling like you don’t have room to put your stuff away. Very much enjoyed our scenic sea view from the room. Somethings in the room were broken from wear and tear overtime and somethings need to be renovated to keep the hotel nice. I have been to this hotel 5 years ago and it was in much better condition but everything still works as it should but just needs small renovation to keep the place looking new.

The location is amazing, a minute's walk from the sea. The staff is super friendly. The room is comfortable and big. Bigger than most hotels. And the coffee machine is a great touch. Each room has its own decoration. Great attention to details My room had a broken heater. I had to call reception every time I wanted it changed. Also, the housekeeping threw away some of my food, thinking it was garbage. I don't know how it can be garbage while carefully placed in a plastic container. There are 2 restaurants, one on the roof and one on the ground floor. Both get noisy at weekends. At levels that make it impossible to sleep

The room had exactly 2 coffee capsules and 2 tea bags. They did refresh it every day but that felt a bit cheap to be honest

Comfortable

A spacious suite with a fantastic view, I hardly wanted to leave my room during my stay. Everything from the layout to the decor made this place a breath of fresh air. This is one of those rare places I’d get excited about returning to.

Great location with great views over the Marina. Very nice staff and a great beer garden !! No breakfast at the hotel.

The booking had nice facilities, and the personel was nice. They also (of course) have a nice cat. The asian side is more separated than the european side than initially tought. If you need to convey between them this might not be the best choice for you.

Location was perfect, room was very spacious and had amazing view. .Large bed. Good internet. Airconditioning worked. Clean and quiet surroundings. Only issue was the occasional smell from the drainage in the building came up through the pipes. Had to turn the bathroom fan to remove the smell.

We didn’t see much of the sea as our room was in front of the trees. Room itself was quite nicely decorated. The location was lovely, just a 10 mins away from Kadikoy area as well as on a walking distance to the Fenerbahce stadium. The property clearly had plumbing issues. Right after checking in, we realized that every time we used the shower, there was a leak of water in the bathroom, which wasn’t something to ignore. After reporting it to the reception, they told us they’d bring someone to look into it, yet, there was nobody on the next day, when they told us that they wouldn’t be able to find someone soon so we had to stay there as they had no other rooms available.

Great location - there are a lot of restaurants nearby and a nice park as well. Very helpful staff. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.
