Only the location was 15 minutes walking from the expo but with construction it became more than 25 minutes walking. First when I arrived I had an incident with the taxi driver he said my card didn’t work, they let him in and he was screaming at me in the lobby and he was asking them to translate they kept arguing with me to pay him I was already trying different payment cards and then I talked to the company and he asked them to tell me he will call the police they told call the police brother it’s okay? The hotel was below average 2 stars maybe, I asked for adapter because I needed to charge my phone to go out they said we will check then told me to go and buy one.

The room was so spacious. It had a big hall with a good furniture. The room was spotless and very nice extra services such as tooth brush and tooth paste was provided in the room. The room was covered with a smoking smell. The smoking smell was even more annoying in the bathroom. In the early morning, an annoying noise just started at 7 A.M that I could not find the source. My room number was 214.

It was clean and comfortable Outside and neighbors rooms noise was noticeable. If better isolation can be provided. Alcohol is explicitly shown to all hotel guests. I don’t like to see it.

This hotel was perfect in all ways from reception, to ordering taxis, to breakfast and a wonderful spa ! not even possible to get better.

Lovely Hotel, loved the family suit. In the family suit, we needed three towels for three people staying. You only supply two. Toilet rolls we had to ring reception, no spare left. Extractor fan in the bathroom did not work.
