The room was ok for the price and quite clean with on suite bathroom but there was no hot water, so I complained to the reception. The staff was very helpful and we received a different room on the next day, which was a lot nicer. There were noises coming out of a room next door at night. Sounded like a domestic violence, a woman screaming and shouting and the sound of breaking furniture. Then someone talking in front of our room. We couldn't sleep as we were scared for our own safety.

Location and price for this property. Bathroom and rooms could have been cleaner, Wi-Fi signal was very poor most of the time, Rooms are not soundproof, had a lot of noice at night from outside as well as from the other rooms, Size of the blanket was small, it was barely able to cover my full body.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The property is rated 3 stars when it is clearly less than 1 star. Maybe 30 years ago that ranking was appropriate. Today the property needs a lot of refurbishment and maintenance, especially the windows, in one room the wind got the window to be wide open and it wouldn’t close, after changing rooms the window in the other room had a very wide opening on the side which caused a serious draft on a very cold night. The furniture is worn out, the floors are broken, the showers are falling apart. All in all the place needs a great deal of maintenance to deserve any stars.

Good location, shops restaurants public all transports are located close to the hotel, room size is good and clean. And mainly the staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing.
