The hairdryer was not working

The room wasn't cleaned everyday, especially the bathroom. And it was smaller than expected

Location to public transport is not best one but itself in good place to walking

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the park, making mornings and evenings especially relaxing. The location is excellent — both Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are within a 10-minute walk, which makes it very convenient to explore the main attractions. The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area. Just a 2-minute walk away, there is another lovely park with a fountain, and the surrounding architecture is truly charming. A special mention goes to the owner, who is a very interesting and engaging person and adds a unique touch to the overall experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the main tourist hubs. It is a small building with only a few guests, which makes for a more intimate atmosphere. Check-in starts quite late in the afternoon, and the staff was completely unaccommodating about it. Also, the hotel is located at the bottom of a hill; you have to walk uphill for nearly 20 minutes to reach the city center, the tram, and the main tourist sites.

Good location and price. Room did not look like the photo. The bathroom was the size of a small closet and the toilet seat was broken.

I really enjoyed my stay at Royal Suites Sultanahmet, the area was very quite at night and still very central, I walked everywhere I needed without any trouble, the tram station is 5 min away too in case you need to take it. Lots of good local cafes around. The hotel is very cute, I liked the authenticity of the place, it felt cozy. The air conditioner worked perfectly during the night and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming too, highly recommend this place! Honestly I didn’t have any problems

Great location — close to major attractions, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The bed had an unpleasant odor, the mattress was worn out, and several pieces of furniture were damaged.

Very good location , 10 min from the Blue Mosque and the rest sites. Comfortable bed, bathroom and balcony. All kitchen facilities are . There are little park, and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. Cool ladder up, very small room. Quite worn up shower zone. Absence of the microwave.

The location was fantastic! I loved being surrounded by so many great restaurants and the cute, walkable streets. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness could have been improved. Also, I could clearly hear the party happening in the room below, which was a bit disruptive.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—very central and within easy reach of all the main attractions. Having two parks right on either side of the hotel was a big bonus, especially for keeping the kids entertained. Our room came with a mini kitchenette, which was handy for making our own breakfasts and basic utensils provided. There were also plenty of mini supermarkets, convenience stores, and eateries nearby. A nice lady cleaned our room every day—we really appreciated her efforts. Overall, it was well worth the price and the staff were very friendly.
