The staff. They are super friendly and welcoming. They make the stay so much more enjoyable. Nothing.

Microwave Oven should be provided in the room, lighting inside the room is very low, it needs to be upgraded.

Very clean, true to description, very comfortable, friendly staff, good and tasty breakfast options. Close and walkable to main site attractions. Did not have conditioner or do not disturb sign to decline daily room service

Good location. Family room aspect is very good where i can be assured that my kids will be safe as its within my control. So that part was good. Staff was good they allowed me to check in a little early and i checked out early as well due to my early flight AC in my main room was not working and they seemed to be aware of that but they didn't fix it despite telling them the issue. They did provide me the fan but it was very much hot weather so it didn't work out very well. The water was also standing within one of the bathroom, again it was not rectified properly. It would have been good if you can inspect the rooms and to make sure that basic facilities is working

Nice vibe, playful and relaxed. Plenty of shared space and helpful friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Very clean and well maintained. The location is good, slightly tucked away but near the major attractions. I barely made it out of the museum district. Most of the nearby places to eat are a bit spendy. Recommend leaving the immediate area for more budget friendly eats.

Very good breakfast and perfect location. On the roof top, there is a terrace with a view on city and the ocean.

The hotel rooms and views from the terrace on top are amazing. It also has a good location, short walk to the Sultanahmet and Ai Sophia, without much of hill incline to hike (the road there from the hotel is mostly flat which is nice, as area is hilly). Good breakfast too, the place was clean, helpful staff. Rooms design is very basic, I think they could be improved even with the limited space the rooms have (common for this area of the city). The rooms that are facing the internal side of the building do not have much of air flow.

Location is brilliant Bathroom had mold on the walls and taps. Shower doors didn’t close. Curtains were ripped a bit
