Great location, just a 5-minute walk from the Blue Mosque. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of options to start the day. The restaurant in front of the hotel, Boi Boi, is highly recommended for its great kebabs and excellent rooftop view. The shop beside the hotel also offered a great deal on souvenirs, Turkish delight, and baklava, which we brought home for friends and family. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Istanbul. The hotel’s convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. None

Location and food Nothing

The location is excellent for walking to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Actually we walked as far as the other side of the Galata Bridge from here so "excellent location for walking" depends upon your walking ability/stamina. Plenty of nearby restaurants. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the Smart TV with Netflix app given that NONE of the live channels in the room were English language. Our room (deluxe double) is EXTREMELY cramped and small - if you are a couple you will be tripping over each other constantly. Inadequate bedding - only a thin blanket that was as big as the mattress footprint itself meant no extra to hang over either side - somebody's legs/feet were always exposed. Breakfast has gone completely downhill to the point of unacceptable. We'd stayed here 4 years ago and the b'fast each morning was the 'Turkish breakfast' which was actually too much (many items went to waste). This visit... now the breakfast is this sorry, sad "buffet" that has way too few items and poor variety - something like a Motel 6 might provide. The b'fast staff did a poor job of restocking even those few choices when an item ran out. The start hour of b'fast (8:00am) is also too late in my opinion. When we arrived our room must have been close to 90F degrees - and our first night we had problems with the AC frequently shutting itself off - including in the middle of the night - with the result that the room never cooled to what I needed and it interfered with our sleep (too hot). The staff should get the AC going in a room hours in advance of a guest's arrival to prevent room being an oven that takes a day+ to get cooled off. The problems with the AC shutting off randomly didn't happen our 2nd night but the mgmt has the thermostat configured so that you cannot lower the temp below 19C which was still too warm for my sleep preferences. While the shower is plenty spacious, the only choice is an overhead (ceiling) rain shower head - no wand or angled wall shower head - which we didn't like. You'd think that a higher-end hotel in the country's biggest/main tourist city would have a TV channel line-up better than what this place offers.

Great location, close to the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with recommendations and arranging our Bosphorus tour. Breakfast was good and had everything we needed to start the day. Nothing significant. The breakfast was simple but good.

I would say the following. From 2021 when this hotel just opened it was my go to place where I stayed every time I visited Istanbul due to cleanliness of the room, quality of the breakfast (yes they had Turkish breakfasts before), amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste and etc.) personel and location. This year i was very surprised on the arrival as they have either changed their staff or management, but the breakfast is now mediocre, rooms are not as tidy as before as well as amenitiy kit is no longer provided. Was i satisfied with my visit - yes. You probable won't be able to find a better option in this location for the price and staff is very friendlyand helpful.. However for me personally this is not the hotel I am staying next time.

Breakfast was excellent, room is spacious. Location is perfect. And serves was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Coffee shop downstairs is just amazing. I suggest to try apple pie. The street is a bit loud if you close the window it’s quiet.

Location is excellent! Just steps to the blue mosque and all the activities, bars and restaurants close by. Staff very friendly, breakfast was very good. Rooms small but very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend! Nothing.

Great location. Short walking distance to major attractions. Great breakfast on rooftop terrace. Attentive staff. Small cramped room. Hard to navigate stairway but small lift operated well. Call to Prayer at 4:45 a.m. each morning

The spa bath & suite were wonderful. The location is very close to the Blue Mosque, very convenient. No outdoor space/balcony that was listed in the room description. Blind was broken so light came in during the night. Breakfast is terrible, no fruit juices, tiny portions. Didn't bother going for breakfast on the 2nd morning. Advised waitress of my nut allergy & she then offered me a small pot of sauce with a nut on top.

Room size.

The location of this small well cared for property is perfect. The staff are so helpful; I have to give extra thanks to Kaan. He was so helpful and is such a polite and friendly person. The breakfast was very good and the view from the breakfast room is amazing. The street was noisy at night and our room was right on the street. We did get used to it and it was such a good location that we didn't feel this was a deterrent to our enjoyment. Overall there are very few negatives for this property.

The phone wasn't working, so to talk to the reception, I had to walk downstairs. The suite floor didn't have elevator access, so with all our luggage, we had to use the stairs. Electricity tripped twice during our stay and outside noise was easily hearable inside.

The hotel’s location was perfect. One or two minutes walk from Sultan Ahmet square. The staff were friendly and welcoming. And they made us feel right at home. I also liked the breakfast, it contained a great mix of sweet and savoury options. Three issues: - The children noise from upstairs made it hard for us to sleep on our last night. - Our room (on the ground floor) didn’t have curtains. So, when the room upstairs had its lights on, it became hard for us to sleep. - The bathroom ceiling (especially in the shower area) and some corners were not really clean.
