Staff was fantastic, easy check in and very helpful. Location is great in terms of being close to the sights and beautiful views from our room. Location is also not great if you’re a light sleeper because the hotel is right off the metro line and highway.

we would stay again. Bathroom is very small, but practical.

5 minutes walk to aya sofia. The view from window and balcony overlooking sea is stunning. I was met at the reception as i arrived. The breakfast is ok and breakfast place is rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. Room was comfy and heating was nice (that was in March). As it is facing the road there is a little noise. But windows protect.

Location was great- could walk easily to water and to Blue Mosque/Aya Sofia area. It was quaint and staff was super helpful, kind and friendly. And liked you could have breakfast on food terrace and could see the water. And we had dinner at the restaurant next door and it was excellent! So so tasty, friendly staff, could see the water and good price. Really could not think of anything- for a good price, it had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay there.

The receptionist Hassan was extremely professional and friendly. He made sure that we have smooth check-in and helped to answer many of our questions. Fantastic level of attention and support on all aspects. Beautiful room, clean and comfy Breakfast is fair, it can be definitely improved.

The location is great and the view from the room is nice on the morning.

We had a beautiful view of the water from our 2nd floor room. Everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance, our one regret is that we couldn't stay longer! The room itself was small but that is to be expected with older buildings.

Location is great , balcony good view and easy access for all major attractions, restaurant etc. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Very compact room and very very small washroom. No daily refill of water if you are staying more than 1 night. What is given first day, should be provided all days since price is same for continuous stay.

Hasan and Mohamed. They were the best, genuinely tried to make us happy. Unfortunately the manager ruined it with his lack of profesionalism.. The Basement room unlivable (odor, dirty bedding, dust, tiny dirty bathroom, old AC). Poor hygiene — I even developed a rash. Manager dishonest: denied cancellation requests, lied to Booking, showed other guests’ data, and spoke badly about his boss in front of us. Guests (incl. an Australian couple) left within minutes due to dirt, smell, and breakfast. Breakfast unacceptable: not fresh, moldy cheese, eggs often missing and rude service. Paid nearly €1,000 for the week but left two days early.

We booked a family suite and an economy basement room; both were far below acceptable standards. The basement room was essentially unlivable — strong, stale odor; yellow, unclean bedding; dust and dated furniture; a tiny bathroom with an unbearable smell; the door locked itself; and an old, unused air conditioner. I developed a rash shortly after staying there. An Australian couple left within minutes after seeing the rooms — the hygiene, dirt and smell — and the breakfast (molded cheese). Management then told the receptionist they would tell Booking that the couple “never showed up” — another instance of dishonesty and lack of accountability. The manager also took us to another hotel, showed reservation details (including other guests’ information) and falsely claimed rooms were full; his reactions were manipulative and unprofessional. He repeatedly complained about the owner, described two-hour monthly meetings and said he had to be “quiet” in front of him — all disrespectful and inappropriate in front of guests. His treatment of the cleaning lady and other employees was also very poor. Initially we wanted to leave but did not want to lose the money (about €1,000). The replacement room still had issues. Breakfast was poor and not fresh, eggs were sometimes unavailable until late, and the same oily pan was reused — once fried the omlette was cut and shared between guests. The lady preparing food made faces when we asked for an omelette; I asked for less oil many times but she continued to use it her way. Food was the same all week, often refrigerated, and sometimes rotten — I took a photo of the molded cheese that was served, because i was over it. We paid nearly €1,000 for the week and left two days early because rooms, hygiene, maintenance, and management conduct did not meet basic standards. I cannot recommend this property. The receptionists, Mr. Hassan and Muhammad, were incredibly helpful and welcoming — they guided us throughout our stay and made things easier. The room had a beautiful sea view from the balcony, which was a highlight. The breakfast was just okay — not bad, but it could have been better. The stairs were quite narrow and curved, which made it a bit difficult to move around, but I understand that’s common in Istanbul.

Perfect exept booking.com supposed to arrange airport shuttle but they didn't plus ignored my emails
-
Great stay near all the sights with lots of food options around too. Close to a tram line. Very friendly staff. Pillows weren't to our liking and the tram was loud during the day, but no issues at night. Not for those who can't handle stairs.

Lobby is small
-
Rooms are small, not close to what we wanted, at least a 20 minute walk to anything, and the neighborhood was sketchy, construction and train outside was very early and loud

Excellent location, very friendly staff. The gents at Seahouse were super helpful and communicative online in advance, helped us with shuttles at midnight, and how to make the most of our short stay in Istanbul. Pointed us to great local food, and where to avoid some tourist traps. The location is beyond fantastic, just a few minutes wander up the road to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque (one of the restaurants just around the corner has rooftop seating that has the best views in town!). Great value for money, will definitely be heading back next time we're off to Istanbul.

The staff offer amazing Hospitality and are very flexible for all your requests. Mouhamed, Hamza and Hasan, you guys are Amazing people and thank you for making my stay peaceful and also for accepting the requests I had. These guys deserve Claps ? I had 3 big bags which these guys helped me pick up from the room to the Taxi. The hotel is near to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand bazaar, which makes it perfect if you come here to Shop and visit big Istanbul places. It is near to the sealine which will excite you to take walks near the sealine The Kitchen is roof top and offers an amazing view of the Sealine.

The location was perfect and the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful The room was not very clean. Breakfast was very disappointing, for all the four days the food had not been renewed, just put in the fridge and back out again the next morning.
