مكان الفندق روعه ، وأطلاله المطعم على البحر ، والجيم الفندق شبه متهالك وقديم ، اثاث الغرفة ومنظر أعمدة الحديد داخل الغرفة مزعج وغير مريح ، وطلبت اعمل ترقية للغرفة التى حجزتها عن طريق بوكنج لتكون مطله على البحر ولمن يسمح للي موظف الاستقبال رغم توفرها في تطبيق بوكنج ….

Water not running properly at the faucet, cheap entrance door and you can literally hear people while sitting on the hallway

Breakfast was disappointing, room’s view was to the backyard of the hotel.

The hotel is clean and the spa and gym facilities are really good. I was told many times before arriving that all I need do is go to reception and pay the fee for the early check in as my flight arrived at 5. But at reception, when I arrived I was told, yes they can clearly see the communication but they could not check me in early. Only at 15h00. Which is standard admittedly. But I only chose this hotel because of the early check in option. If I had known they wouldn't I would have stayed elsewhere. They did offer me 2 extra free check in drinks to placate my mood. This hotel certainly is not a 5 star Sofitel as advertised, and is certainly not on par with Sofitels in Bali or other cities in Europe.

The hotel initially assigned me a room that I did not like. When I informed the management, I was moved to a wonderful suite. Thank you for the excellent service and the cooperative management. The hotel manager, reception staff, and housekeeping team were all outstanding.

Hotel is clean Electricity cut off in the room twice for no reason The AC wasnt working well. You put the temperature on 20 and u get hot air
