Very nice and cosy hotel within a couple of minutes walking distance of the major visiting sites. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast with coffee, thee and juices, different kinds of cheeses, eggs the way you like it, grapes and more. Everything was very clean. We were able to park our car in front of the hotel which was very nice. Not a big deal, but there was just a small blanket for the bed. Further just a tip: get a map from the neighborhood. There are a lot of small streets and it is very easy to loose your way, just to see more of the beautiful surroundings of course.

Very good location, staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Bed was big and comfortable. Good shower. For being in a perfect location you can sometimes hear noise (and prays) from outside, but that’s something that comes with it.

I stayed at this property 6 days. It is located in the Sultanhamet in the European side. The owners were very hospitable and very helpful. They do their best to make the guests happy. The room was great overlooking the street and there were traffic sounds but it didn't bother me too much. The balcony though not a walkout one was lovely to be able to open the window at times. Wonderful supply of very thoughtful items for the guest: shampoo, body wash, shoe polish and brush, sewing kit, sandals, and soap. The room was cold and when requested immediately they turned the heat on, but it didn't always work as well, but the weather was pleasant enough that it wasn't bothersome. The breakfast was plentiful and pleasant. The shower was very nice. The water pressure was excellent. The elevator was really helpful and good. The location is really convenient to Aya Sofia and other historical sites. The tram once you get the hang of it goes to all the important places without transfers. Even to the Dolmabahçe Palace and Galata Tr. oweGreat little restaurants nearby and wonderful fresh pomegranate and orange juices nearby on the street. The beach is really close and easily walkable. For my departure the owners were so kind and arranged a good taxi for me. They also had my clothes washed for me. I was grateful. 1. There was no housekeeping sadly. The first day there was an accident and I needed the sheets changed. I was interrogated and reprimanded and told that they don't change sheets daily. During my entire stay the sheets were not changed except the day I requested. The floors were never swept/mopped or vacuumed. They were also very economical with towels. 2. The breakfast could easily be alternated at least every other so it wouldn't get so monotonous when you stay so long. 3. No visitors were allowed and that was a bummer 4. The toilet was so stuffy and in a very tight space (see photo) 5. Tiny trash can only in the toilet 6. The water always backed up in the sink (see photo) 7. Mildew in the shower tiles (see photo)

The accommodation is in a very good location, attractions are close by. The place is very clean, nice and tidy and the staff is nice, friendly and helpful. We were satisfied with the breakfast. I absolutely recommend it. There was no such.
