Great Team working there. Lobby just fine and fit for some meetings and discussions. Staff is always careful to provide support. Software for invoicing does not let the employees at reception to provide the invoice when requested. They send the invoice by email after leaving. The problem is I had one payment for more rooms and they provided the invoice only for one room so you need to ask many times for the right invoice.

The location was great, as it was within walking distance of Taksim, Dolmabahçe Palace, and the Kabataş pier. The hotel truly felt like a 4-star property. It was clean, and the staff were generally professional. Breakfast was great and came with a beautiful Bosphorus view. The internet was fast and reliable throughout our stay. On the downside, the mini-bar was noisy at night, and the staff's solution was to empty it and unplug it. Also, as a minor detail, the receptionist refused to give us a room on a higher floor despite our request.

The location was very good, central, but still away from the very noisy and busy parts, with great views to Bosphorus. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great, with a lot of options and local flavors.

The hotel location is very central and near to tram station and Taqseem, the room is very clean spacious just like pictures, Staff are very welcoming and supportive, enjoyed my stay very much. Nothing

The Artisan is our first chiice when we visit Istanbul. This is the fourth or fifth time we stay here. The hotel has maintained the same quality of service throughout the years. Pillows are hard. I sppreciate adding the option of soft pillows.

The staff is exceptional—both highly professional and genuinely friendly. They are attentive, caring, and always available. The dogs at the entrance add such a warm and charming touch to the welcome. The hotel is spotless and perfectly located: close to Taksim, yet far enough from the noise and crowds to feel peaceful. The food in the lobby wasn’t the best, but the rooftop offers a lovely view and the dishes there are much better.
