The hotel has an excellent location with beautiful Bosphorus views. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was elegant, comfortable, and very clean, and the overall service made the stay feel special.

The housekeer, his name was Agajan is the best thing happened at the hotel. He cleans properly, he cares and he is exceptional I believe he is only staff who deserves the best Location up the hill

The thing that bothered us the most was the food at Limore. The food was not authentic how they claimed it to be, the plating was not up to the standard and in some cases, the taste was pretty bland. I wouldn't recommend going half-board, its better to pay separately for dinner anywhere else in the hotel or in the city. The outdoor pool was extremely small and there was really no shade most of the time.

The hotel is well maintained with modern, comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly. Check in/ check out was efficient. Its convenient location made it easy to access nearby attractions.

There are very few hotels that get everything right and this is one one of those hotels. Decent, well decorated rooms good amenities and toiletries, excellent staff, attention to detail and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 night stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting. We were there for our anniversary and they were kind enough to give a cake and decorate the room which was a sweet gesture But can't emphasise enough how well trained and polite the staff were 10 on !0 . That's what you want from an established hotel. There was nothing within the hotel that I did not like, everything was spot on. From rooms, to pools, to hamam. Loved everything If there is anything they can do better is perhaps regulate the taxis outside and ensure that only those with valid receipts and meters are allowed. On our way back to the airport we booked a taxi which charged us double the amount saying paying by card entails extra and then couldn't even give receipt.

Location and the comfort. Super helpful staff. They welcomed me and even had a special gift for my relationship anniversary. Everything was perfect!

Breakfast, health club, walking distance from Galata port Needs taxi to and from most places. Very soft pillows but they provide harder pillows when one asks. Bosphorus side view doesn’t real have anything to add. One could have taken the regular room at cheaper rates!

The roof was a great place to hang out, and the room service was excellent We made a booking for two rooms with breakfast included; however, when we arrived we were informed that ONLY one person is included in the breakfast while the other person of each room has to pay for the breakfast 35 euros!! There was no provided information about that in the booking and I paid a higher price for the rooms with breakfast included! And we ended up not going to breakfast the first day and the second day we actually paid for the extra persons!
