Breakfast, health club, walking distance from Galata port Needs taxi to and from most places. Very soft pillows but they provide harder pillows when one asks. Bosphorus side view doesn’t real have anything to add. One could have taken the regular room at cheaper rates!

The roof was a great place to hang out, and the room service was excellent We made a booking for two rooms with breakfast included; however, when we arrived we were informed that ONLY one person is included in the breakfast while the other person of each room has to pay for the breakfast 35 euros!! There was no provided information about that in the booking and I paid a higher price for the rooms with breakfast included! And we ended up not going to breakfast the first day and the second day we actually paid for the extra persons!

I love that hotel. I was traveling by work and choose this hotel. It was amazing, perfect location, really good services and stuff. Guys Beril and Onur helps me a lot. Thank you Guys! i really love my experiences. Breakfast was reaaly good, especially fresh juice from beetroot! I love it. Frankly speaking, everything was really good)

It’s not my first time to stay at the ritz, I stayed 2021 once the renovation completed and today 5 years later the room, facility still decent and clean. Only one elevator was working
