The Artisan is our first chiice when we visit Istanbul. This is the fourth or fifth time we stay here. The hotel has maintained the same quality of service throughout the years. Pillows are hard. I sppreciate adding the option of soft pillows.

The staff is exceptional—both highly professional and genuinely friendly. They are attentive, caring, and always available. The dogs at the entrance add such a warm and charming touch to the welcome. The hotel is spotless and perfectly located: close to Taksim, yet far enough from the noise and crowds to feel peaceful. The food in the lobby wasn’t the best, but the rooftop offers a lovely view and the dishes there are much better.

The hotel is conveniently located near a tram stop and the staff is friendly The breakfast was terrible, definitely not up to a 5-star standard. There were also a few unpleasant incidents when hotel staff knocked on the door and then opened it almost immediately without waiting for an answer. I reported this to the staff, they promised to look into it but also argued with me a little. For me this is unacceptable

The hotel is extremely nice and beautiful. Looks like it’s newly renovated. The interior design work is outstanding with very beautiful and refined decorations. Extremely tasteful Yet practical lobby; it encompasses a friendly and warm atmosphere. Rooms are very beautiful and spacious, let alone the maintained cleanliness one sees and feels. Location is very ideal; it’s midway and walking distance down the hill to the Bosphorous and up the hill to Taksim square. Breakfast assortment is very nice, especially that one has the option to order the a la carte special dishes. They are included within the same rate of the breakfast. All the staff we dealt with were helpful, attentive and very friendly. I would like to thank especially Burak at the reception desk for his help in our bookings for cars or the cruise. We appreciated the welcoming feeling we got from him and from all the staff we dealt with. We will definitely come back to the Artisan hotel again in future visits and we’ll surely recommend it to our friends. Thank you for making our trip memorable Nothing

The perfect location! Finding the key was a challenge especially at dark.

The hotel is nice and clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is located on a slope where you have to walk up to go to Taksim Square. Hard climb to go anywhere for seniors.
