It is nicely located close to most attractions and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Nothing much to say other than they could update the room upholstery as some were stained

Location No toothbrush in the bathroom, breakfast is no good, room service food is no good either

Good location, close to Taksim and the underground. Great breakfast with much choices of food, both local and international. Spacious room with a great bed.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, great location, big and clean swimming pool and a complete gym. Bar service at the pool.

I did like the location Taksim, is one of the safest areas for tourists. It was very difficult to adjust to people smoking everywhere within the facilities of the hotel. No restrictions or dedicated area for smokers. They are everywhere without any limitations. It was not nice for nonsmokers.

I wish the rooms floors were not carpet.

We stayed in this hotel before and loved it because the restaurant was exceptional. Every time we had lunch and dinner without leaving the hotel, but this year the chef changed apparently and the food was not the same. The chicken and meat was very average and the octopus was so overcooked that it tasted like rubber. Also last year we got some small presents like souvenirs from the hotel even though we had super average room, this year we did not receive anything or any welcome treats even thought we booked very top tier room.

The check-in took a bit of time. I expected it to be faster

Spacious room with great view. Room had everything needed. Bottles of water provided daily. Housekeeping was great and helpful. Very professional and friendly staff. Hazal at front desk was amazingly helpful and professional at same time. Staff at the restaurant were so friendly and very attentive. Breakfast had great selection, though it needs more selection of cheese, and coffee from machine was so bad.. liked the outdoor sitting area at the restaurant that I also had late lunch at the hotel almost daily. Liked the quality of service in the hotel which truly showed the genuine Hyatt signature. Highly recommend and definitely will go back to this hotel once and back in Istanbul. The mattress of the bed needs to be replaced. It was so soft.

there is nothing to complain about. all the stay was smooth. one minor thing is that the mini bar was locked before check-out time which they immediately unlocked when complaining about it.

For an up-market hotel it has one of the smallest showers, think showers in a UK hotel, For such a large bathroom this is a wasted opportunity, it is difficult to wash properly
