The reception check in time lady was very polite, professional and supportive. The evening time reception employee was also kind and helpful. The breakfast area employees including Elif hanım showed nice hospitality.

There was not a table or a chair to work on my computer. Had to ask for a chair to have in my room.

Staff was great, especially thanks to Dundar and Abidin. The location is nice as it's close to lots of public transportation options(metro, bus, mini bus). For me it was a great place to stay.

The location is far away (not easy walking distance) from the Bagdat Street and attractions. The rooms are small, and not good sound proof. It is not a family hotel. We didnot feel comfortable with my daughter

For me, the location was the best. Not so far away from Bagdat Street. Stuff were extremely polite and kind. Breakfast was very rich and plenty. Whenever I visit Istanbul, this is the place I would definitely stay. Close to one of the busiest street, no time to time it was bit noisy.

The place is clean, affordable and comfortable.The Front office was very welcoming especially “Ayşe” who was extremely helpful and kind.The breakfast was wonderful offering more options than expected,and the staff greeted every guest warmly.The Food was delicious, and the service was excellent especially “Dündar” (if i remember correctly).He showed us the nearest metro station and explained how to reach the airport easily.

The location is okay, 10 mins walk to the metro station. The staff are nice, the rooms are big. The breakfast was ok, but not very special, you can have better breakfast and cheaper at the cafe next door. I stayed on 1st floor, there was constant noises and pounding of doors regularly. Im not sure if it was other guests or loading dock, but it was really annoying.
