Only the location was good. The hotel was very worn and old. Especially the bathroom was worn out, some parts of the shower head were missing and not cleaned.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained and not clean. The service quality was far below expectations. The staff was unhelpful and not solution-oriented. I definitely did not receive value for the money I paid. I have also taken photos to document the issues. I do not recommend this hotel. It was good, but it didn't have much variety. The AC didn't work as well, and it didn't work as it should.

They upgraded my rooms and offered complementary Fruit baskets First of all, They gave me rooms and one of the room's main door was not able to close and washroom was very dirty too They upgraded my rooms to 09th Floor where its was soo noisy due to Bar and restaurants on 10th Floor They also charged EUR 100 deposit for Mini bar but they did not return to me. I requested to pay online but they refused

Breakfast Ac wasnt working in both rooms. Shower didnt work in the first room. I asked for the coffee sachet and room service wanted to charge me even though it comes with the room and they didnt top up mine the next day.

How the receptionist Ebrahim treated us. We booked 2 rooms, paid in advance many days before. They gave us different room saying hotel is fully booked. In the booking.com description said heating system. No heating system working. For us was very bad experience.
