Great location. In the heart of everything. No blankets, even though it gets very cold! The blanket I asked for and Recieved was stained, which is not the end of the world, but not the most comfortable place to sleep.

The only positive was the location. This was the worst hotel I have stayed at and does not deserve to be let to money paying guests. I was so disgusted that I did not stay for the days I was booked for. Cleanliness was disgraceful, facilities were broken with no curtains on doors, broken tiles, leaking air conditioning unit, overpowering disgusting smell and cats and cat food litters along corridors. Customer service was terrible and they were so rude and treated you like no one else has ever complained.

Everything was great! The staff was excellent and very friendly. The location is great, as it's right next to all the main attractions, such as the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. I'd absolutely recommend it. The only issue was the fact that the fire alarm was broken and started beeping a couple of times without any apparent reason, but that's life; It's a really nice place overall.

Everything else. Nasty and smelly. Dirty bedsheets and towels. No longer white and you can literally see the stains. Full of flies because of the garbage inside the hotel outdoor area. Everything is old and just disgusting. I booked two nights but left immediately after first night first thing in the morning. The hotel manager refused to refund second night. They are investing zero value in the place! And yes acs are mediocre and more like fans.

Location and friendly staff. Room cleaning service did an excellent job. Staff even fixed a non working tv. Bedsheets had cigarette burns. Mattress was sinking and felt very old and outdated. Toilet had mould visible almost everywhere. No floor mats provided in the bathroom. Wouldnt have paid this price considering all of the above.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent location right in the centre of the city. The appartment did not meet the expectations. One of the two rooms is a converted living room.

The location is absolutely perfect, the most important spots are within walking distance, they let us check in around 11am already and we really appreciated it, as the journey from airport was exhausting, landed at 3am. Free tea and coffee, basic room, it’s not Hilton so can’t complain at all. And the value is just amazing!!!
