We had a fantastic stay at Sultan Suleyman Hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the Yakup made us feel incredibly welcome. He took the time to explain the best places to visit, recommended local restaurants, gave us helpful sightseeing tips, and even suggested the easiest ways to get around Istanbul. Those recommendations made a huge difference and helped us make the most of our trip. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed after long days of exploring the city. Housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay, and we always looked forward to coming back to the room each evening. One of the biggest highlights is the location. It’s within easy walking distance of Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, the Basilica Cistern, and plenty of cafés and restaurants. We barely needed public transport because everything was so close, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. Every member of the staff was genuinely kind, friendly, and always happy to help. Whether we had questions about directions, needed recommendations, or simply asked for advice, they were always patient, smiling, and willing to assist. It felt like they truly cared about making sure guests had the best possible experience in Istanbul.

We had an amazing stay right in the heart of Fatih. The location is unbeatable ,literally close to everything, and you can walk to the Sultanahmet Mosque and Hagia Sophia in no time. The hotel itself was great. Our room was decent, but the real highlights were the balcony and that beautiful sea view. Every morning started with an excellent breakfast, and we also had some great food at their restaurant. What truly made the experience, though, was the staff. Everyone was wonderful, but a massive shoutout goes to Furkan, the night receptionist. He was extremely helpful, always on top of things, and took care of absolutely everything we needed. He really made us feel welcome. Highly recommend! The room itself was a bit smaller than advertised and didn't have a smart TV, but honestly, everything else was so perfect it didn’t even matter

The staff was fantastic and really helpful, Jacob helped us book an extra night and an airport transport. The location was great and the included breakfast was to die for. One time our keycard didn’t work but that issue was fixed very quickly and the staff were very apologetic.

The experience was absolutely amazing and the rooms were always nice and clean, the beds were soft, and the whole place was amazing. I especially loved the terrace on the top and one of the members Yakup was really nice to us.

Really friendly staff, great breakfast, awesome location within walking distance to many Istanbul sights and transport. The room was a bit small. I later noted there had been previous comments about the rooms being a bit small but there was literally about a foot between the end of the beds and the wall. Also, our shower door was removed for maintenance and was never returned, so we just made due without it.

Hello to Jakob from Jacob. The staff are absolutely lovely. They cannot do enough for you. In two days they managed to build a great rapport with my 8 year old. The location is perfect for exploring. The breakfast was lovely too. There was an issue with our room (not their fault) and they couldn't do enough to make it right. We will recommend It was amazing

He went above and beyond in the most thoughtful way even surprising my husband with a whole birthday cake to celebrate him. It was such a warm and genuine gesture that made our trip even more meaningful. The hospitality here is something truly special. It was clean and the employees were very polite, friendly and helpful. Room was very small. Beds were hard. We were supposed to to get a King size room and bed and we didn’t get these requests, but we paid for them on Booking.com

The breakfast was good variety and pleasant staff. Good location right across the street from hotel. The hotel is rough finishing and often smells of cigarettes.
